Most effective Sleep Aid I’ve encountered
I’ve tried many sleep aids, Carlyle 12mg Melantonin tablets, Alteril, Relaxium, Z-Quill regular formula, Z-Quil PURE ZZZ and Benedryl tablets which sll perform well to some extent but I would only sleep for a short while, maybe 2 hours and I’d waken . The NEW Zquill formula in PURE ZZZ De-stress & Sleep made all the difference. I sleep the full night. I belive I can attribute the effectiveness of this new Zzz-Quill product to the addition of Ashwaghandha to its formula.I have to warn about any sleep products that Icontain melantonin because it may affect blood pressure medication. I am on a beta blocker medication and have not experienced any negative effects whatsoever. Please try this product and save some wasted time hunting down an effective sleep aid. The only draw back is the flavor of the hummers. It has a little strange flavor but it not horrible tasting and somewhat sweet. Read up on yhe effects of Melatonin to make an informed decision on Z-Quill Desiree & Sleep.

I got these at first when I was on vacation. I just take a little nibble, maybe 1/3. I don’t want to feel knocked out just sleep well, and I am medication sensitive so a little goes a long way. These are amazing!

48 count gummy version.Tastes weird but not horrible. I donât really like it. I get the taste out of my mouth with a drink after.These put me out and in a deep sleep. I only take one, as itâs all I need. I suggest starting with one, and if it doesnât work, move up to two. (Two is the serving size.)Donât know how much the destress end of this product is working. I have anxiety and depression so stress is just my constant state of being. My thoughts still race before sleeping, but I fall asleep faster.I feel like they give me a little bit of a headache though, does anyone else experience this? I fall asleep, but when i take these, for a little while I get a headache.

Fall asleep Super Fast!
To be clear, these really do not help you sleep. But they do help you “fall” asleep faster. The de-stresser alone makes these worth it all. My whole life I would lie awake for hours not being able to fall asleep. With these, I fall asleep within minutes. Just one gummie and I drift right off. The pill version does not work as well since it is time released. Zero grogginess in the morning. It is a ritual now, my wife and I both “gummy” when we are actually ready to “sleep” after we go to bed. The flavor is a bit tart at first but once you get used to it, it’s no big deal.
