I’ve been using ZZZQUIL for a while (over two years) and I can honestly say that it’s helped me with my insomnia. It doesn’t take long for the medicine to “kick in” and I don’t feel tired and/or “groggy” the next day. I don’t take it everyday, but whenever I do, I usually sleep pretty well! In my opinion, this flavor tastes better than the other one. I say give it a try!
