I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and design of this product. It feels like it is more expensive than it is. It is so comfortable and molds to my face. It’s light weight and the straps that hold it in place are so well designed! They are stretchy with just enough Velcro to secure it nicely. I have accidentally slept the entire night with it on. It is that comfortable AND after tossing and turning I could still remove the straps easily without the Velco snagging my long hair. I am so impressed!!! It comes out of the freezer and it is the right temperature for use (Not too cold that it hurts your skin). The soft fabric side is great. I use this for tension headaches. It seems to reduce swelling. I cant believe how much I LOVE this product. It was an impulse buy but now I can’t be without it!

This is awesome. Iâm using it to reduce puffiness and bruises after a procedure and it does wonders. The feature that you can use it cold or warm itâs amazing. Very comfortable. I can even put my glasses over it while having my therapy.

Just What I Wanted and Expected
I bought 2 masks: one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter was dealing with flares from an autoimmune problem. She had to sit in front of a fan to keep her face cooled. When I got this for her, she was so excited because she could walk around and be productive in the house and not just be glued to the fan. I purchased one just to reduce any swelling in my face (for purely cosmetic reasons.)It is soft on one side so that it’s not harsh on the skin. Honestly, I haven’t tried the other side with just the beads. The coolness wanes after about 15 minutes but you’re not supposed to keep it on for longer than that anyway. The straps work fine to keep it in place. It comes with a plastic baggy that can be closed so that odors don’t get to it. The color blue matches the picture advertised.

Just what I was looking for after laser procedure
This mask is perfect. Used it after laser procedure and went on really, really cold, but got used to it in less than a minute. Felt great on the face. I did not feel there was an issue with the size of any of the holes for eyes/nose/mouth. Fit tightly around my head. I know others complained that you can’t mold it, but I was able to cup it around my face from the freezer with no issues.

I do feel like this was a bit of a silly purchase on my part. I bought it as part of a pre wedding freak out after reading reviews that it would help face masks absorb better. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but it is very cold when you leave it in the fridge or freezer and feels nice when it’s hot outside
