Very effective for us
I personally find this gummies to be effective and safe for use. I first looked into the gummies after consulting with his doctor as I was looking for assistance to break my 4 year old out a late bedtime/late morning sleep pattern; it was so difficult because he never had a bedtime routine since he was a baby, and so many days were inconsistent. He has recently started preschool, and that’s why I wanted to get things in to gear and start preparing him. He has been taking them as needed in the past couple months, and I have noticed no negative side effects; one gummy usually has him sleeping within 30-45 minutes.I just wanted to share my personal story for why we used them and how it has helped. That doesn’t mean others will share a similar experience as every person reacts differently to different products. Now that he has started school, I’m hoping his new schedule will provide the consistency we need and wear him out enough that we will not need the gummies as often. He does enjoy the taste and does not mind the texture. It’s also great to have something like this in our back pocket if he just has one of those nights where he is not winding down. I want him to have a great sleep schedule and good night’s rest, and these gummies have certainly aided in that effort.

I WAS skeptical
My oldest has struggled with sleep since he was 3-4 (maybe younger) years old. I mean, to the point we were both in tears every night. That’s when I discovered melatonin and it worked like a charm for him. We talked to our pediatrician, and she said melatonin was fine and that sometimes kids just need the extra help. However, he is 9 now and still needs to every night (ADHD probs.) I know there is much debate about melatonin for kids and whether it is harmful or not. But I figured, if we could find something to take small breaks from melatonin or replace altogether that works, then why not?I’ve tried another brand of melatonin-free gummies and they didn’t work at the time. So, we went back to melatonin. However, I decided to give it another shot with Zarbees. I was skeptical to say the least after my last experience. However, It’s only the second night, but honestly, I’m impressed. They actually work for my kiddo. So, here is my pros & cons.Pros:- Actually worked – however, everyone’s body chemistry is different. If your kiddo doesn’t react the same way with these, try another brand with maybe some different ingredients.- I didn’t try them, but my kids didn’t complain about the taste, so I am going to assume they tasted alright.- Seem to get good sleep, uninterrupted and woke up ready for the dayCons:- Small bottle/quantity – it only comes with 30 and for ages 7+ they need 2 gummies. With this and melatonin, I always try to give half the dose and see if that works enough. The first night I only gave him one, but the 2nd night he needed 2. If you do the max dose, that’s enough for only 15 days.- Price – $12 for a bottle of 30 gummies seems a little overpriced to me. Granted, I know it’s a name brand and it works, so I am going to keep buying it. BUT you better believe if I find a cheaper option that works just as well, I will not be buying this.- I do notice that this seems to take longer to “kick in” versus melatonin. It’s not an excruciatingly long time, but definitely do it an hour before bed.Hope this helps some parents out there who struggle at bedtime ❤️

They work pretty well!
I’ve been using these for my kids (all under 6) for a few years now. They seem to enjoy the taste just fine and it works fairly well. It’s not a sleeping pill by any stretch, just a natural hormone that nudges them in the right direction. I’ve not noticed or heard of any complaints from the kids. Would definitely recommend!
