I’m 53 215lbs and I have trouble sleeping after a stressful day at the fixing everything that needs to be fixed at work I want to really relax but its hard because your brain just won’t stop thinking about more stuff to fix in the house, the yard, the car everything. It won’t make you stop thinking about but it will make you relax and slow down. When you feel like this make sure you are getting ready for bed because I found this window is very short about 30 mins and I found this is the best time to fall and stay asleep.The next morning for me there are no after effects or hangover like other sleepingMy son and my daughter both older teenagers like this a lot as it makes them put down the media and sleep.This is the 4th box we have purchased and its a good product.Good Luck out there.I have already purchased

Does it work? Maybe..
I have been taking this for months and months. However, I do not really notice a huge difference. Let me explain where I do notice a change.I originally wanted to take this due to the studies I saw about the relaxation and improved sleep one may get from prolonged use. After a few months I noticed *I might* sleep a bit more soundly through the night but, for me, I did not really encounter a sensational drop in anxiety or insane increase in sleep quality like some individuals claim. For me, this was not a dramatic change, but hey some more sleeping is a small win in my book so I have continued to take it. Planning on weening off in a few months and will update here if I notice any changes.Itâs two pills every day. They have a traditional pill cover (capsules) so no real taste or smell. Due to size, it can be a challenge to get down if youâre not accustomed to that.I have not noticed any change in energy level, but again, this was just my experience. It may work differently for you.
