Let me apologize Before hand for the long review of this productThis super antioxidant green tea by Yogi Taste great no sugar needed or sweeteners neededitâs refreshing doesnât taste like others I tried and I tried dozens, and dozens from the most expensive to the 5 star commentsI Hated the taste at all the brands I triedThey all had bitter a medicine like taste and the after taste eww! I had to add Splenda just to make it drinkable ,And your really not supposed to add any kind of sweetener because it takes away the benefits of green tea, so there was no point ,Then I tried this 1 by yogi itâs naturally , smooth not bitter and I Truly ENJOYED drinking it ,(not like others I forced myself to drink)I have seen and felt a differencemy skin looks bright , I donât feel as tired as I did ,Iâm energized and even the caffeine in it doesnât make me stay awake I take a cup in tje morning and in the later evening hoursi sleep better , I always have problems with going to and staying asleepin just 11 days I been drinking it .Try it you will like if not love the taste.and most important you will feel more energy, and feel a difference in your bodyThe antioxidants are working !I donât usually leave commentsBut this 1 I felt I had to because I know a lot of people have tried many green teas for the benefits it offers , but the taste is usually not a good 1,and either I forced myself or avoid drinking it or added sweeteners just to make it bearable to drink,(Like I said your not supposed to)This 1 is delightful to drink you will want to drink it and the plus of it all its good for you.Thereâs barely anything good for you to eat or drink that taste good right?This is a true honest answer about this wonderful delightful smooth tasting tea .I barley ever leave comments of any product I have tried or used unless there greatThink I only left 3-4 if that in years I been ordering onlineand this I 1 of them
