5 Stars Easily! It DOES work
I had to write in after seeing a few reviews stating that there’s “flour” in the capsels and no alive bacteria. I 100% disagree! I have Celiac Disease and if these had flour in them I would be grossely ill. So now that false info aside….let me tell you these do WORK! With my issues they have elminated all menstrual issues (no odor at ALL) during that time of the month, no yeast infections at all, and I have only been using these a few weeks. They are easy to swallow. Now, in all fairness if you are having a bout of a yeast issue (like I had), I recommend using 2 pills every other day during the 1st week. One pill in the morning w/food and the other pill in the evening with dinner. That gives these a jump at combating those nasty buggers especially if your body is overloaded with yeast. I had a really bad case of thrush on my tongue (changes in my diet, and the Celiac caused it) and I was tired of being on antibiotics. My tongue is back to normal and I have really great bowel movements now. I will be using these indefinately because they are so great. Not sure what other issues people who are giving these 1 and 2 stars, maybe their issues require something stronger than pre & probiotics. These work, they are great and get the job done. I have ZERO negative reactions from these and have only had positive results.

Healthy Wealthy and Wise
I give it five stars because I’m an optimist. I have to be wealthy to afford the cost of these Probiotics as I don’t see any obvious benefits yet. I wish I was wise so that I dont succumb to the beguiling promise of good health.This is my second order of this product. Not sure when I actually see the benefits but I’ll review the product again so that I can offer a more thoughtful review when and if I see results.

I’ve been taking these raw probiotics for a few weeks now, and I’ve already noticed several positive changes. I’ve had gut issues for years, including constipation, diarrhea, and bloating. I’ve tried other probiotics in the past, but none of them have worked as well as this one.  One of the first things I noticed was that my bowel movements became more regular. I’m no longer constipated or having diarrhea. My stools are also healthier-looking.  I’ve also noticed that I have more energy. First bottle was great
2nd bottle I have to take 3 capsules at once, then and only then do I get good results. That means I have to purchase 2 bottles at a time to get through 30 days. It’s just weird how well the first bottle worked taken as directed. Now will cost me more having to order possibly 3 bottles at a time, since there’s only 30 pills, so I can take 3 a day. 3 a day works but for how long remains to be seen. Just begs to wonder what’s going on, since first bottle worked great on recommended dosage. 🤷🏼‍♀️Update, company responded to my disappointment with a full refund on 2 nd purchase. The only company so far to step up to the plate on products that have failed me.Thank you so much!

overall good but after time of keeping my my desk started to smell however it is mentioned on the label that it is shelf stable and no refrigeration required.
