The Waterpik Water Flosser Tongue Cleaner Replacement Tip is specially designed to remove bacteria from the tongue that causes bad breath. It uses gentle scraping and flushing action to remove bacteria and sulphur compounds that reside on the tongue, preventing halitosis when used daily.
To use, set the pressure on your Waterpik device to its lowest setting while it is turned off. Place the Tongue Cleaner in the middle of your tongue, about half-way back. Turn on your water flosser and pull the tip forward with light pressure. Repeat to clean the desired areas of the tongue, increasing the water pressure if desired.
Tongue Cleaner tips should be replaced every 6 months. Each pack contains 2 colour-coded Tongue Cleaner tips for use with Waterpik Ultra, Ultra Professional, Complete Care, Cordless Freedom, Cordless Advanced, Cordless Express, Cordless Plus, and Nano water flossers.

Very beneficial
I used to use a tongue scraper for cleaning my tongue. This Water Pik attachment works great because the tongue is being rinsed off as you are cleaning it.

Works well with a little effort
I usually brush my tongue after brushing my teeth but i just got a Waterpik so i thought i would give this a try. They work well but i use the spoon part of the cleaner to scrap my tongue and let the water rinse it clean. When i just tired the water to clean my tongue it did not get it very clean.

This is a great addition to my Waterpik flosser!
Using a normal Waterpik flosser tip in the tongue can be a little rough but this accessory eliminates any hesitation to use this great product to cleanse your tongue. It provides a gentle but thorough cleaning of your tongue much like the flosser does so well on your teeth and gums!

Gimmicky Junk
My experience is that even at the highest pressure setting- it is not as effective as a manual tongue scraper or the classic waterpik. If it had some tongue scraping edge coupled with a nozzle to blast the tongue in a wider spray- Iâd give it 5 stars! But it just doesnât make the grade. Seemed gimmicky, relying on the reputation of the brand and classic nozzles ability to clean moreso than its own design and capabilities.

Good idea, poorly executed
Good idea, poorly executed. I have enjoyed everything else Waterpik makes. But this does not even remotely work. Very difficult to use, does not scrape at all as the edge is too rounded and smooth, and little water pressure directed towards tongue.

I bought this to go with my Waterpik Ultra Pro and it does a great job.It works by deflecting the water jet down onto your tounge thus rinsing as you âscrapeâ. I use it not just on my tounge but also the inside of my cheeks. It is not too sharp so no risk of damaging your mouth.I consider this an essential addition to my waterpik.
