Good power
Good strong stream from the “strong” setting, the only one I use. Comes apart easily to fill (I don’t use the little filler hole, takes too long). I use and keep mine in the shower without issues. Daily use, and one charge lasts a good while, maybe a month or so. The periodontal tip works very well, as does the jet tip. Small enough that it’s easy to travel with. So far so good.

For years I struggled with bad breath and if I had known waterpiks would solve my problem, I would have gotten one sooner. I always thought water would be all over the bathroom and mirror. After reading the instructions I realized I should have gotten one years ago. My teeth really feel clean, my mouth feels clean even in the mornings. I truly love this item. It works well and has many attachments, is easy to use AND if you keep your mouth closed around the tip no water all over!

It’s a good water flosser. Just make sure you use the proper charging method cable.
Edit, i tried a different charging method, it started working again. I was trying to charge USB C to USBC, that did not work. I went from a USB a to a USBC charging cable and it charged properly. Then to restore the charging pressure I changed the tip which was easy because they send multiple tips. Customer support did eventually write me back. I took 2 days Plus, but they did right back after I contacted them twice. Now that it’s working again I can say it does work well, and the tank is larger which is good because I don’t have to fill it every time I use it.

Cleaner Teeth
We purchased the Cordless Water Dental Flosser for our Granddaughter. She is getting braces Aug 15 and it was recommended that she get something like this due to the difficulty of keeping her teeth cleaned daily with braces. She’s been learning how to use the Flosser and has told us she loves the cleaning process, the color, and the mobility of the Flosser along with ease of the charging process. It’s simple to use and fantastic according to her…Praise The Lord! By our granddaughters satisfaction we would highly recommend the Cordless Water Dental Flosser!

Product failed in three weeks.
I have ordered many products via Amazon but never prepared a review for any of them since most were just fine and, when not, I had good experiences with returns or customer service. But that was not the case for the Mocel Dental Water Flosser. I ordered this flosser in April to take on a trip in May. After using it for three weeks in May it just stopped working and would not charge up. I wrote to customer service explaining the situation and asked for a refund. “Jacob” replied asking for proof of purchase and a video. I sent the proof of purchase and explained there was nothing a video would show, as there was no movement that could be seen since the flosser was not working. After a week without a reply I inquired again and Jacob replied that Mocel was taking no action since I did not submit a video. So I then took a video showing that when I clicked the on-off button nothing was happening. Jacob wrote back saying that the flosser needed to be charged even though I told him in my first inquiry that the flosser would not take a charge. I replied saying again that I tried to charge the flosser without success, using several different charging cords and bases that worked ok for other devices. I never heard back from Mocel and have given up at this point. By the way this product is advertised as having a warranty, but apparently this doesn’t mean anything. So beware.

So far, absolutely no problems. I was worried about the pressure on the cordless devices, but it turns out that even the “soft” function is quite strong for me, and I was using the “child” function.Rotating head is very convenient. The device came charged already. The only “issue” is that the USB-C needs to be plugged into a USB-A end. This is actually tyhpical across a few devices I have, and I think it’s related to the voltage regulation. Anyways, for the money, I’m quite pleased. The water storage tank being 350ml is honestly actually bigger than I was thinking, but tbh it really doesn’t matter since you end up refilling it a few times per session, and it takes less than 10 seconds.Unless you’re looking to travel with it and need a really small device, then this thing is great.

What a Great Buy! I purchased this Dental Flosser for my 8 year old granddaughter who has braces. I bought another Flosser previously and she could not use it as the pressure was to strong for her.This Flosser has a child setting which has less pressure and works really well, especially with her braces.She is very happy and Flosses Daily. Even her 4 year old sister is flossing everyday.
