My first order arrived with a broken top. I called Wahl for a replacement top, and they directed me back to Amazon for a return/replacement. Amazon ended up sending me another bottle without me returning the broken one. Now I have two bottles of oil. I buy through Amazon because there is almost never a problem returning anything. Except bad popcorn, I wasn’t able to return that.An I interesting note that made me laugh out loud over the phoneâThe Wahl customer service rep told me baby oil works great too. Here I thought trimmer oil might be something special.Oh yeah, this oil works great and revived my trimmer. I was messing up using Whal Blade Ice thinking that is all I needed. You need the oil for your trimmer, at least eventually.
