Okay a very honest review, I purchased the 3 pack to help with my hair strength. I was bleaching my hair white blonde for years….1 day I noticed recently I was shedding too much! And my hair was thinning out. I decided to start taking these after seeing the reviews. I did cut my hair too my shoulders and dyed it at home like a ginger/lightest auburn color. After only 1 month of eating these gummies everyday. My hair is so much thicker, healthier and I barely!!!! See any hair shedding now! My skin and nails are so youthful and I never had any breakouts with my skin using these gummies. And I’m very sensitive too alot of products. I have broke out in the past with other hair gummies. But never with these. They do got sugary stuff on them but I like them and they taste so delicious. I can’t say enough about these. I love them. I’m 43 years old btw too. Well I hope my review helps….I know myself I hate to waste my money on trash products. But these are amazing!!!

Iâve been taking these biotin gummies for about 6 months and my hair and nails are growing like crazy. I have a ton of new hair growth that I have to slick it down in a ponytail or else I have chicken fluff. Hair feels thicker and stronger. Iâve recommended to multiple friends and family and theyâve also seen results. It takes some time, but stick with it! Great value for the price and they taste good so itâs easy to be consistent with them.

I just bought all these sweet gummies as part of a health kick. Probably too much sugar altogether. They all taste great – except the supergreens which taste and smell of cabbage 𥬠but I guess that may mean theyâre good for you. Everything in above photo tastes really good except the supergreens. I canât testify to if they work or not. Only taste as just got them all.

These vitamins worked to grow my hair and nails wonderfully! They also taste good, but I had acne breakouts as soon as I started taking these. When I stopped taking them, the breakouts stopped. Not a bad product if youâre taking great care of your skin, but it isnât worth it for me.

I like the vitamatic vitamin A gummies so much that I got these! But the flavour is not quite right- too much sugar/sweetener and not enough tartness or something ..

Tastes pleasant but is covered in sugar crystals. Slight aftertaste but not too bad. 15 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. It is rare to require a biotin supplement but extra biotin will pass through the system naturally. I take these gummies as part of my vitamin supplements but I’ll be trying to find a sugar-free version next.
