Sometimes when I work extra hours my back hurts that night. This medicine lets me relax and fall asleep and my back pain is better by morning .Perfect amount of drowsy , just enough to help you get good sleep but not so much you are a zombie the next day .

I have a hard time falling asleep but didnât want anything addictive or that would make me groggy in the morning. This works really well, I sleep almost the whole night. Buying it through Amazon is a lot cheaper than CVS or Walgreens. I have been taking it every night for about a month now and really like it.

Tastes horrible!
This works for sleep. Not sure yet about pain. I take it 1/2 hour before bedtime. I love cherry flavor, but this one tastes horrible. Yuk!!! Vicks, please work on the flavor. The cherry vanilla flavor was pretty good.
