Vera Wang Embrace EDT is everything I hoped it would be- light and fresh, not overpowering, perfect for daytime- but best of all it really uplifts my mood when I put it on!I havenât worn fragrance much since having my daughter last year, while breastfeeding I was very conscientious about not putting chemicals on my skin. Now that sheâs been weaned, I am enjoying the option to wear fragrances again without worrying and this is the first one I purchased. I am very happy with this scent.Notes: initial spray is heavy on the alcohol, to be expected with an EDT (eau de toilette)60 seconds in the fresh top notes are a tiny bit soapy but that disappears quickly2 minutes after dry down the pear blossoms are very fresh and bright5 minutes after dry down the middle notes surface and the fragrance begins to mellow slightly10 minutes after dry down the scent has matured into what it will smell like on your skin. Individual experience will vary. On my skin it is fresh and clean.Staying power- itâs an EDT so you wonât have the concentration of an eau de parfum, but it has decent staying power. Fragrance is at its best when only those closest to you are able to get the full experience- not people 35 feet away lol.This is a good option for wear to work. It wonât knock out your co workers as long as you arenât reapplying it multiple times a day!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandma back in like 2015, and she loved it. So Iâve been getting it for her every time she runs out. Be it for her birthday, Motherâs Day, Christmas, whatever occasion. She loves the fragrance, and to be honest I do too. Itâs subtle and fresh. Itâs distinct, but not overpowering. This time around I bought it for her birthday, and she was just as happy as can be. Even though she knows when sheâs going to be getting it. (She always tells me when she needs more and the next holiday she gets it magically.)I think the one bottle lasts her between a year and a half to two years. She wears it between 1-3 times a week with maybe two sprays max. And it lasts all day.Honestly itâs a great âcleanâ floral smell. In the past Iâve sprayed it on bedding and itâs wonderful. If my house could just subtly smell like this everywhere itâd be great.

This perfume has been my go-to for over three years now. Its light, subtle, inviting scent is not overpowering but leaves an impression in a room. I just wish the scent would last longer. On a typical day, it will last about 4 to 5 hours. But I say it’s a must have!
