I used to use this product and many others just like it for years
As the title states, I was very much so on top of keeping up with my biotin and collagen vitamins and it would do absolute wonders for my hair, skin and nails. Unfortunately my favorite brand at the time got discontinued and it wasnât until recently that I found out these were being sold on Amazon as essentially a multi vitamin. The taste is great and is super easy on the stomach.
