Works great! Tastes better if refrigerated
Others have commented about the taste – but I find that it is better tasting when it’s refrigerated. I am prone to getting cold sores, so I used to take the giant L Lysine pills, those are hard to swallow. I like this better. I am not good about taking it daily, but if I take it when I feel something developing on my lip, it almost immediately goes away. I will continue to take this product, and I am also enjoying other Mary Ruth vitamins.

Good flavor, 3rd bottle and haven’t noticed an impact at all. I use a lot of items from this brand and like them but I can’t tell any difference on this one. I wish it didn’t have to be refrigerated because until I started taking all supplements in the kitchen, I forgot to take it twice.
