Great Tea!
I received my teami blends, and I am in love! It has a great flavor and lasts me all day! I drink a cup in the morning before breakfast, another on after lunch -(so that I donât spend the afternoon snacking in order to stay âaliveâ). I would like to incorporate one more cup in the evening but I have a bit of a hard time since Iâve been forgetting. I looove that the leaves remain flavorful throughout the day! I will have to save up and buy myself the cups you guys make specially for the tea so that I only have to worry about adding hot water when Iâm ready for my next cup!This product truly is amazing and I highly recommend it! It does a great job not allowing me to feel hungry at all! I will be ordering again!

I bought this tea for the purpose of focusing unfortunately none of the reviews mentions anything about focusing so I ordered anyways hoping it would helpâ¦. Iâm so glad I did. It creates a sense of focus without feeling jittery. I loved it and will definitely order again.

Not Very Tasty, But Fun to Incorporate
I’m gonna be real and say that it tastes like dirt. It’s the honest truth. I add stevia and it ends up tasting like sweet dirt. It even smells like raw earth. Granted, it is very visually appealing. It’s a lovely pinkish-red and some of the roses hydrate and “bloom” in a way that is absolutely gorgeous, but looking nice isn’t the only reason to buy a tea. I love the dried fruit in the blend, but it doesn’t really help the taste by itself. So that my money isn’t wasted, I add a few hibiscus leaves to it, because it’s the same colour and the same aesthetic of the tea as well as ups the health benefits of it. It makes it taste delicious imo. But this is just me. The tea is absolutely beautiful, but it smells and tastes like dirt. Others may like it as is, but there is a possibility that you are like me and will not enjoy drinking the earth. This isn’t to say you can’t enjoy it as it is. I managed to finish a bottle (I have a teami 20oz bottle), however I wasn’t very happy about it. It takes a while to get used to, but if you give yourself some time, you might. I did, but it wasn’t something I wanted to repeat. Now, due to the nature of this review, you might wonder why I gave it four stars: It’s good quality tea with a very potent taste (no matter if that taste is palatable to me in particular) and you are able to use your tea leaves up to three times and still have a decent strength tea. On top of that, it’s a good tea that calms me when I’m stressed (maybe it’s just because it’s tea) and it helps curb my snacking as someone who has had a serious snacking problem in the past.

Works but tastes bland
I bought this tea primarily because I enjoy tea, if it truly helped reduce bloating then so much the better. I didn’t go into this expecting miraculous weightloss. First, the bad news, while this tea doesn’t taste bad I’ll just say there’s honestly almost no flavor to it. It’s very plain. But, the good news, if you have a realistic idea of the extra affects and just want a little help flattening the stomach I think you’ll be happy. It’s not miraculous, you won’t loose a bunch (or possibly any) weight but it really does help discomfort and bloating and just slightly flattens your stomach. I can tell the difference when I skip or forget to drink it. I may just look for brands that taste better though because I’d rather enjoy drinking it.

This brand is great! Iâve already been using their Superfoods Powder and saw this Nursing Tea as an option. I myself produce way too much milk and donate it to a wonderful woman in need. I was very excited to gift this to her and hope for the best!Itâs hard to say what works and what doesnât when youâre trying so many options. Though I will say the milk I have given her has lasted her much longer than it has in the past.I say try it! I took a sip of hers and it tasted pretty good. And if youâre having trouble producing milk, you know more than most that anything is worth a shot. At least this one tastes better than some of the options around ðAlso you are amazing and keep up the fight!!!

BE CAREFUL
If i could give it zero stars i would. i took the colon cleanse tea at night before i go to bed because the teami website said that was the best time. I kept waking up the next morning and my stomach was cramping. Finally i got up after about the 3rd time of waking up and was in some of the worst pain of my life. i had to run to the bathroom! i had the worst burning diarrhea for about 30 minutes and was in pain almost non stop. it was so bad i was dripping in sweat. My stomach was messed up the whole entire day and i stayed nauseous. So next day, i wake up and the SAME thing! sick as iâll get out again but this time iâm constipated, still in pain, but more nauseous then iâd been the previous day. Tried to eat and drink and couldnât do that. Iâm on the 3rd day and iâm still horribly nauseous and really weak because i canât eat or drink. oh yea, still constipated too. This teaâs number 1 ingredient is Senna. Senna is a laxative and if taken in high doses, can caused serious issues even hospitalization. Not only is Senna their number 1 ingredient, thereâs a few other in there that serve the same purpose as Senna. Now, iâm not saying that this will happen to everyone but BEWARE. Detox teas, drinks, cleanse pills, etc donât normally do this to me. So but at your own risk. But iâm miserable.

Regulated Appetite!
I love this stuff! It lasted me about a month and the results are incredible. I NEVER have a caffeine crash like I do with coffee or energy drinks. Teami helped me get through my rigorous work day. My bloating decreased (especially during âthatâ time of month) which is something Iâve always really struggled with. Iâm so glad I tried this. I know for a fact it increased my metabolism as well since I found that I was hungry at predictable times of the day. It quickly became routine and I felt that I got my cravings under control.
