A combination of intermittent fasting, a keto diet, lots of water, and two pills a day, and you will feel your body BURNING fat while working out! You have to be committedâyou can’t expect results if you don’t put in the work. By the way, this is the first Amazon review I’ve ever written. I wanted something as natural as possible to take. The pills have a funny taste to it if you keep it long in your mouth. I use to take apple cider vinegar in liquid form but found that these are much better. I rather the funky taste instead of that burning taste. 10/10

This stuff is awesome! I took it for a month and was able to lose about 8 pounds without diet or exercise. I lost a ton of water weight and it suppressed my appetite. The first thing I noticed was the loss of bloating around my face. Unfortunately I ran out and my appetite came back BUT I was still able to maintain the weight 2 weeks after I ran out no matter what or how much I ate and with no exercise. I already purchased them again because the effects are starting to wear off. Iâm going to take them for a few months straight this time so my metabolism can stay this way permanently. I did not have any side effects either, if anything my body felt more clean due to the positive changes in my digestion. Warning the pills are on the bigger side so keep that in mind if you have a hard time with that, and they do not taste great because of the ACV. I did not mind the size or taste.

Turmeric Apple cider vinegar
I have suffered with carpal tunnel for years and wake up in the middle of the night with severe pain in my hands and terrible pins and needles so bad it makes it difficult to use my hands. By taking turmeric it dramatically reduces the pain due to inflammation. I ran out of my regular brand of turmeric and when I went to order online found this vimerson health brand. I love that these have the ginger and Acv for added benefit. The only thing i didn’t do well with was taking 2 capsules. It didn’t sit well on the stomach, however I took them on an empty stomach so now I make sure I take them with or after food. I will continue to use these turmeric w/ ACV as i noticed a difference between the two brands which I feel these are better out of the two. The capsules are also easy to swallow

It helped!
I did not realize how much the TACV was helping with my pain until I went without it for 4 days. I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis in knees, ankles, hips, wrists and hands, and a torn rotator cuff. And Iâm a home health nurse, so I canât slow down. Needless to say, Iâm in pain all the time no matter what I do. I started taking TACV the end of October. The pain relief was subtle. I donât even think I realized the pain was less because I just barrel through it. Then I ran out and forgot to order it…until I went to fill my pill box again and it wasnât there. I got it ordered but it was going to be 4 days until it was delivered. First day the pain was an annoyance. Second day, nagging. Third day, I felt like a vise was squeezing my joints. Fourth day, I could barely move and no amount of heat/ice/yoga/rest was helping. I am never again running out! Oh and an added bonus…I have lost 15# in 30 days! 😀
