Hard for me to swallow but effective!
I bought this to help with appetite suppression and I must say that it helps me on par with Ozempic without the nasty side effects I got from it. It does burn a little bit right after taking which I attribute to the black pepper extract. i know it just isn’t in my head because when I accidentally skipped a day I went back to my habit of eating way too much again before I had even remembered that I had forgotten to take them. I haven’t noticed any lowering of my pain levels from inflammation but I’ll find out more when I get blood work done in a couple of months. The only con I have is that they are hard to swallow since they float in liquid.

Torn rotator cuff with 3 surgeries spread out over 15 years. Micro surgery to elbow (on affected side). Nerve impingements with radiating pain from neck and shoulder into arms and hands. Easy to swallow, no bad taste, easy on the stomach and great value for the money. Good product for my stomach problems.
