I use this at least once a month to help with a nice cleanse to my system. The taste is mild and with the cost of other cleanse products this one is quick and a value. If you use it more than once in a week it may cause cramps. It functions as it advertises, it is organic and not to strong to upset your system and does not take a week.

I specifically chose this brand because it shown each tea bag is individually wrapped even though it cost more than others like it. Individual wrapped bags make it so easy to take it along with me. It also keeps the tea fresh for longer than bulk wrapping. I was very disappointed when I got a plastic bag full of unwrapped tea bags.
