Cool Comfort Neck Pillow
FIVE STARS! This Memory Foam Neck Pillow is the best one yet and I have three of them that I have gotten over the years. This one fits my neck when closed and is comfortable even after hours of use, it really does stay cool. I love it! I got my monies worth for sure.

Lifeless pillow
This product was vacuumed seeled so flat, it has no memory left in the foam. Flat and super hard like a hockey puck. Yes I let it sit out no it did not spring or even slowly come back to life.

Used on a recent trip to Washington DCit worked great. I slept on a bus with it and it supported this amazing jaw line of mine.I will say this….once you get it in the mail you’re gonna be shocked. It doesn’t like very comfortable. HOWEVER , with a little bit of patience and heat you can solve the problem. My wife did!!!She put it in the dryer for an undisclosed amount of time and BAM , neck ready baby. Check the pics if you don’t believe me.Will not be buying again, BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE ONE NOW. I’m sure it would have been a great product.
Sadly when it finally arrived to me, it was melted and there was definitely no coming back. The eye pieces were extremely flat, hut if I had one positive thing to say, the material was soft.Had to waste my time shipping it back, even though they paid for the send back, it was still an inconvenience.I ended up purchasing the perfect one for my husband on our trip to his cancer doctor.It took a little time to refund our money, so that is why I am giving them 4 stars still.

Has multiple uses.
This item is great for travel, but also came in handy after surgery. I had I surgery and had to sleep with my face down. I was able to breathe and have a good rest with my face cradled in this cushion.

This cervical pillow is not memory foam because it is hard as a rock. It is not form fitting at all. This thing feels like a wooden stock around your neck, the opposite of what youâre looking for! So, not recommended unless you have a broken neck.

Defective pillows x3
I Purchased two (2) pillows, a black and blue. The blue one is great. However, the foam for the black never took the correct form. I sent for a replacement, thinking maybe that item was defective. The replacement didnât take correct form either. So, I returned both items. I tried a third time, but, this was pillow did the same thing. IâM GIVING UP.
