Works very well. BUT! You may only need 1-2 oz. I drank a whole cup and it worked too well. In the toilet that night four times (the last 3 with diarrhea) & then cramping the next day.I had read quite a bit on-line about senna tea before buying and preparing this but was not warned to start with a small dose.

Wow! This tea really did get things moving. I’ve been on oxycodone following surgery and of course that makes you constipated, so my PT guy recommended this tea. Holy cr@p…. Literally minutes after drinking the first cup, I was good to go. And the best part of that is doesn’t cause cramping or diarrhea. Highly recommend.
