Buildable volume and doesnât irritate my eyes
This mascara has a learning curve but I like it. It builds veeeery slowly so at first I thought it didnât do much, but it does build with the right technique. The trick is to apply a coat, wait about half a minute for it to dry, then apply a second coat or more. It can be built up to extreme length and volume when I apply it this way. As far as performance, it smudges a tiny bit but less than most other mascaras Iâve tried. And itâs one of the few mascaras that doesnât irritate my eyes and holds a curl decently well throughout the day.

Love this! Helps to keep my lashes soft and conditioned. Gives them a little curl and doesnât flake off throughout the day like other tubing mascara has before!

This is a really good mascara!! I always have an issue with my mascara smudging on my lower lashes throughout the day. This mascara stays put all day. Iâm only giving it 4 stars because I wish it gave more volume. Otherwise it would be worth all the stars!

Arrived completely dry!
This was a total waste of money, because the mascara is either completely dry or this tube is empty. What? In 60 years ( yes, 60) of using mascara, Iâve never seen a dry wand. Not sure why I thought buying mascara from Amazon was a good idea. I will say, the wand is a nice curved shape and size.

Underwhelmed
Okay, I confess, I have used L’Oreal Telescoping Mascara for many years (keep coming back even though I get guilted into trying something else because it is supposed to be “so much better”).So, when I began seeing reviews saying how wonderful this one was, I gave it a try.I agree, on the first use, it was really very nice – long, full, natural looking lashes. But, the second use took more of an application. By the third use, it really took quite a bit to get any significant results. Well, you get the point.L’Oreal takes no more than 5 or 6 swipes to give me nice, long and lush results – for more weeks than I probably ought to admit since I know I ought to replace my mascara more often than I do.

Itâs too Heavy & not for sensitive eyes.
I really wanted to like this mascara. My lashes are naturally very straight, so I curl them before putting mascara on, and I only like mascaras that build volume quickly. This doesnât build quickly, pretty slow, in fact. It took 4 coats to get roughly the volume I like, and even then it wasnât enough. My lashes also did not keep the curl. It weighed them down.. not all the way, but almost.ALSO, my eyes burn when wearing this mascara. Thereâs only been a couple other mascaras that Iâm allergic to, and for this supposedly being a âcleanâ product, Iâm very disappointed. This is only like the 3rd mascara Iâve tried that burn my eyes, and Iâve tried probably 30 mascaras. I waited too long before putting it on, and now my return/refund window is closed. So I feel like I completely waisted my money.. and this mascara definitely isnât cheap.UPDATE: they do have excellent customer service so that is a huge plus
