Mild flavor, great results
Tom’s of Maine Wicked Cool toothpaste is designed for children, but my mouth is severely susceptible to strong mint (Listerine it’s a hard no!). I have been using this for years and have been getting A+ checkups at my dentist. It foams up nicely while brushing and as advertised, it has a mild taste that is minty yet gentle to my tongue and gums.

Favorite kids toothpaste
I love this toothpaste. It is just a good mix between being kid safe, not adding a ton of sugar or candy flavors and actually working.I love that my child realizes it is toothpaste and not candy(a lot of other companies make theirs taste so much like candy, but then say donât eat/swallow it)The only con is it can be a little hard for small hands to open and close.But I still would recommend this 10/10 times.
