Love this tea! Ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon are all anti-inflammatory foods, and they taste great together. This is the tea I drink every day on my morning commute.

Tastes wonderful and is healthy
I love the taste of these, and the health benefits. It’s very soothing to have a cup before bed. The only reason that I’m not giving it five stars, is that some of the tea bags (several so far, out of not quite half the bag) have had the tea bag split open when boiling water is poured on it. Looking at the bag after, it didn’t seem that it was cut properly, and one side didn’t have enough crimping. It’s frustrating for me because I usually bring a thermos of hot water to bed, and make it as I’m reading, but that necessitated going downstairs, cleaning my cup, and starting over. Hopefully that’s a one time thing though, as the tea itself is very good.

This tea is amazing. The taste is good. I can feel a difference from drinking the tea. I have done it hot and cold but I prefer it how. Easy to use and the only thing I noticed is that once you have steeped your tea bag please remove it cause being in the hot water for a long time can tear the bag.

I bought this tea for the soothing, anti inflammatory benefits of turmeric, ginger and cinnamon. The taste is very pleasant and not overpowering. I like the bamboo tongs that come with it to help you steep the tea bags. The resealable vacuum packaging helps keep unused tea bags fresh (donât forget to reseal when not using!). Some people complain that the biodegradable bags burst when combined with hot water. However, there is a small video showing you how to steep without the bags breaking up. The key is to NOT pour hot/boiling water directly onto the tea bag. Instead, pour the hot water in a cup then place the tea bags in after with the tongs. I have used the recommended process and havenât had any issues with bags breaking apart. Not sure if it actually helps with my arthritis inflammation but it certainly isnât hurting. Iâve only been drinking it for a few days. Highly recommend you give these a try. I first bought a small batch of 30 bags but just placed a larger order. The packaging is also compact and friendly for travel.
