I have been taking Thorne brand supplements for a long time. Stress B-complex has really helped my mood & energy. I can tell the difference as I am not looking for a caffeine boost in the middle of the day. Do your research B- vitamins are a must for anyone to take as it also supports your nervous system & brain. I think the price point is good for a quality B vitamin.

Iâve always had a tough time with stomach discomfort when taking any b complex. Not with this one. It really helps with a lot of my health ailments. It makes me a little to chill but Iâm so used to being on edge maybe Iâm not used to the healthy relaxed part.

Decent vitamin B supplement
Size/ease of swallowing: it’s a little on the larger side, so it can be uncomfortable to swallow, and can get stuck in my throat. My suggestion is to eat it at the beginning of a meal, so that everything else you swallow helps it go down!Flavor: the taste is a little off-putting, and is definitely less appetizing than a gummy vitamin, but it’s not a terrible taste either. To echo my suggestion above, I suggest eating this at the beginning of a meal â in regards to taste, so that the rest of what you eat drowns it out!Storage/shipping: these supplements are sensitive to humidity. I live in a very, very humid area, so how relevant this is to you depends on your local climate, but for those of you living anywhere humid, heads up! I’ve ordered this several times now, and have found out that it’s not safe to order these when it’s very humid out, as they will arrive discolored and larger than they should be, so I recommend timing your order carefully. I have also learned to store the bottle in a double layer of ziploc bags from spring through fall, because if I just leave it in the cabinet with the lid on, these will again get larger, discolored, and gross-smelling â and on one memorable occasion when I left seven in a pill case (one of those days of the week things) with my other pills, several proceeded to melt into the rest of the meds. I spoke to a pharmacist about this, and she’s the one who suggested both keeping the supplements in the bottle, and keeping the bottle itself in a double layer of ziploc, and that approach has worked out well ever since, so I’m passing it along in the hopes that my fellow humidity-dwellers can skip my earlier experiences!
