Just what I needed
So much difficulty with my digestion these days. Surely far too many antibiotics growing up has kept my intestinal biom unbalanced causing me many lost days staying close to my home bathroom.This book has been so meaningful showing me What To Do differently!Clearly shows us what good probiotic foods will help heal my gut. Sadly, so many foods in America are compromised by heat pasteurization and preservatives and other chemicals producing empty calories and even a negative affect on our bodies. Did you know nitrates are outlawed in many countries? But not America. GMOs are not helpful either but gmo corn and soy beans are in so many processed foods these days because they are cheaper to make.So I am on a journey to discover actual good foods that feed our gut and help it to run smoother.Thank you to the author!!
