    I picked this up on a whim but ended up reading it cover-to-cover! First off – it comes with a bunch of freebies – a book of resources on finding healthy recipes, podcasts, etc, then a planner template, and a bigger version of one of the images/tools in the ebook. I have heard a lot about gut health in recent years but had no idea of the connection to the immune system. This book tells you all about why you need to care for your gut and how it connects to your overall well-being. It then tells you HOW to get your gut healthy, and things to avoid. The author gives you tons of information but also realizes we are human. She addresses cravings, bad habits, eating out, etc and gives advice on how to tackle all of these real-world problems. The tone is never judgmental or harsh, either. It’s very gentle and personable. It even addresses stress management and goal-setting.This is a resource we should ALL be reading.
