    I’ve been reading up on gut health. This book is a bit more detailed than some of the others I have read, and I really enjoyed it.The author makes the issues easy to understand, and divides the book into specific chapters (the gut and women’s health, menopause, mental health and the microbiome, overcoming gut health challenges, etc.)There are good recommendations to improve the wellness as well as supplements and lifestyle issues that can cause problem (such as stress, poor sleep, diet of course).She touches on fasting as well.You will get a full overview of gut health and how to improve it here.

    How did I not know any of this??
    This book helped me understand how important it is for me to help my gut help me! I had no idea how important a healthy gut is. The author Christina Kiser makes the science understandable and gives very practical advice that I believe I can follow. It is not a fad or magic it just helps us understand the miracle God gave us in our bodies to heal ourselves.

    Great read on how to create better health by focussing on the wellness in your gut
    I recently read that the key to a strong immune system is to create good gut health and I bought this book as I wanted to know more about it. I definitely got all the information I needed and much more. I had no idea your gut health could affect things like your weight, hormonal health, and even your mental wellness. Reading this book gave me so much clarity on so many things (and some of my own conditions). It taught me how to create good gut health with the help of the right food, mindfulness and exercise. The author brings up different types of probiotics and where you can get them (yoghurt, fermented foods, different types of supplements for different types of issues etc), and it also covers prebiotics (this was completely new to me). It’s a brilliant read – and I think everyone can benefit from this information.

    L’autrice fa luce sul ruolo chiave dell’intestino nel favorire il benessere fisico, psichico ed emotivo. Non solo suggerisce poi quali alimenti introdurre e quali evitare, ma offre anche consigli pratici su come cambiare il proprio stile di vita per mantenere in salute l’intestino.
