Good quality
I followed the instructions and it works fine for teeth whitening but I messed up the first try so be very careful. Best results if you put them in quickly after the hot water but just donât burn yourself. They do shrink up so they donât go to molars once shaped which is fine too. For the price they are just what I needed.

Fit perfectly! Goes great with the Perio Restore Gel that I bought. You should try both. You’ll be glad you did. Sucks that the dentist don’t recommend such treatments. It’s like a carwash for the mouth. I do it while watching a movie.

They donât work
They donât mold around my teeth or stay in . Too hot water melts them and they are ruined, 110* water as suggested is not hot enough and they donât work. Probably why they are sold in a set of 2

Definitely not with 155F temp
I followed the instructions with 155F water. That didnât work and frustrated me. Looked around instructions online and redid it w near boiling water. And it worked.

Bulky
Compared to the retainer from my orthodontist these are very bulky and were not the easiest to mold. I probably have higher expectations since I have a thin super milder retainer already. After 3 dips in hot water and following directions exactly for my lower teeth these were still loose and flopped off easy. It was hard to get gel whitening to keep contact with the teeth.

Second time buying I love
I purchased these moldable teeth whitening trays twice to use with my whitening gel, and they worked perfectly! The instructions were clear, and the trays molded easily to fit my teeth. The included retainer cases are a great bonus for storage. Highly recommend for anyone whitening their teeth at home!

Great trays
Not sure why these trays have some negative reviews because they work perfect for us. The key is following the directions included. I think maybe others didn’t really follow them. We followed them exactly, down to even taking the temperature of the water, and they work exactly as described and molded to our teeth really well. Very comfortable to wear even for extended times. It’s nice that there’s two sets in one so both me and my wife have a set. Works well with any teeth whitening gel. Combine this with some off-brand whitening gel and you have a low-cost alternative to the really high priced teeth whitening sets out there. We’ve tried those and this combo works just as well. Great value in that respect. Just be sure to follow the directions exactly and trim them if you need to, to help get the perfect fit.

The instruction say keep in warm water for 3 to 5 seconds but they need to be laced in longer – they moulded to my mouth/ teeth perfectly
