Good probiotics, limited on improving breath

Itâs a nice addition to our dogâs routine, and weâve noticed improvements in digestion and overall gut health. ⢠Easy to Use: The powder mixes easily with food, and our dog doesnât seem to mind the taste at all, which is always a plus when it comes to adding supplements.Cons: ⢠Breath Freshening: Unfortunately, we havenât seen the improvement in our dogâs breath that we were hoping for. While the product claims to freshen breath, that hasnât been our experience, even after consistent use.Verdict:If youâre primarily looking for a product to improve your dogâs breath, this may not be the best option. However, the added probiotics make it worthwhile, especially if youâre looking to support your petâs digestive health. We continue to use it for that reason, but if breath freshening is your top priority, you might want to explore other products. No More Fishy Breath
I’ve been using this for about three weeks with both of my dogs…a 10 year old and a 9 month old. The 10 year old’s breath was bad enough to make me hold my breath and not inhale whenever we would cuddle, which is not good. Now, I don’t have to do that or look away from her face when I get near her. Her breath is waaaaay better than before, although not like “sweet” puppy breath. I wasn’t expecting that anyway, just improvement, and that’s what we got!

Seems to help
I’ve been putting this on my dogs food sporadically to help clean her teeth. She’s an older dog that can’t handle sedatives due to heart problem and unfortunately guards dental treats instead of eating them. This is a great alternative. The small scoop works great and it’s quick and easy to sprinkle on her food. She doesn’t seem to mind it at all as far as the taste goes. I appreciate that it’s a natural option to clean her teeth as well. I haven’t noticed any digestive issues from using the product.

Small but Mighty
This is a small container, but I donât do this more than once a day for my dogs. We have an older dog who needs dental attention because he was neglected as a pup. He stops eating food if itâs more than once a day, but our young son complimented him on his teeth being better. This powder works just as well as other powders. Our dog has a sensitive stomach but it doesnât seem to affect him, so itâs a win win.

No Visible or Smellable Result
My dog has smelly breath. Really, there is little that you can do to help manage your dog’s breath. You can attempt to brush their teeth every day and if you are an owner that manages to brush your dog’s teeth every day, good for you. I’m thoroughly impressed. I give my dog dental treats regularly but that’s all I can really manage (along with the occasional, painful brushing). I hoped that this powder would help as well but there has been no noticeable effect at all (visible or smellable). I also took her into the vet to get her rabies shot the other day and the doctor commented that she needed a cleaning. I’m unimpressed. I’ve been using this every day for months now.

After having just spent an arm and a leg to get my dogs teeth professionally cleaned by a vet I figured Iâd try this to help maintain them after that.The size of the bottle and spoon are not very big, but the powder has lasted a while. I am not using it daily though because my dog has a sensitive stomach, so I want to go slowly to make sure he can tolerate it. Heâs eats the entire bowl like normal, so I donât think he minds it. Iâm not certain it has helped his breath at this point, but Iâll continue to use and update my review if necessary.
