Systane Nighttime Lubricant Eye Ointment 3.50 g (Pack of 4) – SYSTANE NIGHTTIME Ointment is designed to keep your eyes lubricated and comfortable while you sleep. It forms a smooth, protective layer for the eyes that provides dry eye symptom relief at night. USES: For use as a lubricant to prevent further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye. Directions For Use: Pull down the lower lid of the affected eye and apply a small amount (one-fourth inch) of ointment to the inside of the eyelid.

Best product for dry at night . Be sure to get the blue cover Systane for severe dry eye and not the green. There is a world of difference between the two Systane products.

Great if you canât use drops due to disability
I have dry eyes, and my doctor has warned me to use a product to keep my eyes in good shape. I canât use drops, because my hands are damaged by many years of severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. However, I can squeeze some of the the ointment into my eyes at night, and the ointment lasts longer through the night than drops. I donât know what I would do without this ointment.

Great for dry eye
Keeps my eyeball lubricated overnight so I don’t get the eyeball stuck to the lining of the eye socket while sleeping. Pain is a terrible way to start the day.
