Best product in a Poorly Designed Bottle
Iâve tried many drops for dry eyes; some too watery, some too sticky, some ointments that were irritating instead of soothing, gels that were not helping at all, preservative and preservative free-all were a waste of money for me.I thought I tried all that Systane carried but then found Systane Hydration PF in the individual vials and was surprised that they are not too sticky, not too watery, but just right for my eyes. I reordered and chose the bottle to get more product for less cost and though the product is still good, Iâm disappointed in the dispensing of it in the bottle. Itâs messy and wasteful-sometimes I wait too long for a drop to squeeze out and then other times too much comes out. After every use, you shake a drop out to clear the dropper which seems wasteful.The product is good enough for me to keep buying as it works best, but a more user friendly bottle would make it the best of the best.

Good for dry eyes
As someone who suffers from dry eyes and needs to use eye drops daily, I have found that these are my favorite drops to use. I used to ONLY use optase but Iâm glad I tried something else because I have found even more relief from these. This is combo with my heating pad for my eyes, I have found great relief

Excellent performance, long shelf-see additional recommendation
I have tried about 10 different drops over the past four or five years for my dry eyes. Sustain hydration works the best for me.They have a longer shelf life once theyâre open than most due to the design of the bottle cap. They have no preservatives. They do the best job for me of anything I have tried.A word of advice: I believe that most drops have a tendency to build up on the eyes, especially after several applications. I think this ends up being counterproductive. During time of heavy use like in the middle of the winter and heating system is on, I find it essential to apply a very warm very moist cloth over my eyes for five minutes or so and use that cloth to wipe off any tear or eye-drop residue from my eyelids. Iâve tried commercial pads that heat it up in the microwave, they add to more clutter around the house and do not work as well. A clean, very damp, very warm, washcloth works best, and itâs important to do this first thing in the morning if you use drops at night.

Good drops
Iâve been using these for awhile now. I had eye surgery a few years back and I I have quite a bit of scar tissue and a permanent stitch that has poked out a bit. These drops help with dryness and irritation. I love the preservative free option.

Donât like the applicator
Bottles are small and awkward to use. Drops donât come out easily so i have to really squeeze hard, and then either get a teeny drop or a big bunch all down my cheek. Regular eye drops donât work like this. The drops themselves work ok in eyes once they are in there but the applicator is small and awful and it was $23 for the 2 tiny bottles.
