Changed the Game
I ordered the Black Suri toothbrush and this has changed the game! This is my first power sonic toothbrush, so didnât know what to expect but my gosh I am blown away! From the packaging to the product, it is has a high quality, minimalistic design. The body of the brush has a well balanced weight that feels light, yet solid in the hand. The neck and head of the brush allows for easy navigating and leaves your teeth feeling clean, polished and smooth. It comes with a magnetic holder to place on your mirror or shower, leaving your space clean and clutter free. I think it is also important to mention the environmental awareness and sustainability efforts that goes into their products, makes you feel like youâre helping to do your part. I can say that for the first time in (insert age here) years, I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. This has changed my oral care experience â thank you!

Best Modern Style and Easy Travel!
Got this toothbrush cause I had to replace my old toothbrush.Several key things I love about this -1) Simple, Elegant, and Efficient Design2) Amazing Battery life- I had to charge my older tooth brush at least every two days if not sooner. This is I only had to charge 1 in the last month.3) It comes with really cool accessories – I love that it comes with a base to charge at home – a part that can hang it up on a wall or cabinet out of the way and not on the sync (plus prob keeps it more hygienic). It also comes with a travel case, which is not bulky and can also sanitize my toothbrush while on the go.Can’t wait to see what they come up with next.

Bought it 3 times, it failed every time
I really like the product for its design and for the very long battery life. But, as everyone else is complaining here, I had the same issue with 3 different toothbrushes that I bought from them. One day it stops working and then it turns itself on in the middle of the night, with no way of stopping it. Really bad user experience. Indeed, the company would replace the body for free if this happens, but the new body has the exact same issue after a few weeks. They should really invest in building a better product. It’s just a button, how hard can it be to improve it?!?! Also, it’s quite a premium product for this price and they are not even trying to listen to the feedback.

Iâm not really fond of the color palate, but this is a very cool toothbrush. Quiet and feels great in the hand. Nice weight. My teeth feel super clean. Iâm glad itâs reparable although Iâm not sure how that works. Still feels like a better choice than a lot of brands. Iâm in love with it.

Better cleaning with much longer battery life
I’ve heard good things about SURI toothbrushes and thought I’d give one a try. I was not disappointed. I was initially concerned with the stiffness of the brush bristles as mentioned in other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the stiffness of the provided brush was comparable to the ‘soft’ brush heads on my previous Oral-B iO.Now to the cleaning effectiveness. The SURI brush head is smaller in size and the oscillations at a much higher frequency than my Oral-B. These characteristics, when combined, provide a superior teeth cleaning experience. Once finished, my teeth feel cleaner and my gums invigorated. It feels that the brush does a better job of getting ‘stuff’ out at the gum line, an area that I typically have problems.As to the battery life, even when new, my Oral-B only lasted a few days before it was absolutely dead. Although I’ve only been using it for one week, the SURI battery is still going strong. The SURI rated battery life is 40+ days which is absolutely amazing and a tremendous ‘plus’ as to the value this toothbrush brings.All-in-all, I’m very happy with my purchase and look forward to years of reliable and effective service.

Lightweight, effective and recyclable
This is my second SURI toothbrush. I liked my first one so much that I wanted one for my vacation home. The toothbrush is light and gentle, but definitely effective. It holds a charged for months yet is easily charged and cleaned with its own USB cord. It comes with a convenient traveling case which I will surely use on vacations as I miss the toothbrush when I have to use an ordinary toothbrush.

Great Toothbrush – Prefer over Sonicare
After going through several Sonicares that broke on me I decided to give this a try.I was used to Sonicare toothbrushes for years, so this took a little time to get used to but overall it feels as though it cleans just as good if not better than Sonicare. I will have to check with my dental hygienist to see what they think of the results but my teeth feel really clean.The battery lasts a long time, though I charge it every few weeks before a low battery notification comes on.It feels good in my hand. I like that they will repair it if it breaks.I like the magnet mirror mount too.

Fantastic
I love this toothbrush. I bought it to replace a very expensive Oral B that I just hated. This one is fairly quiet, is comfortable in my mouth, and is a beautiful shade of green. The charge lasts a very long time. I usually put it in a mirror mounted holder that has UVC, a heater and a fan to dry and sanitize, and the brush heads have held up well to this. I charge it every few weeks.It does a great job, and easily gets to everywhere that I need it to in my mouth, which the Oral B had a problem with.The best part – the magnetic brush heads hold TIGHT to the base. Normally, after brushing my teeth, I remove the brush head, and wipe down the spike that comes up from the base to help prevent mold and mildew. After using this for a few days I realized that I had forgotten to do this. After brushing my teeth, I pulled the head off, and it was bone dry underneath. Unlike most electric toothbrushes, there is no gap between the head and the body for water and toothpaste to collect in. MIRACLE!I highly recommend this brush. At this point, I view the fact that the battery can be replaced as a bonus for the future. The performance is the reward for today.

Wonderful design, feels nice in the hand and the magnetic stand is a great idea but just doesn’t clean teeth well. I have to scrub just as much as an ordinary manual tooth brush – the vibrations don’t seem to do anything.

This product does a great job cleaning my teeth. I like the case for travel, and its functionality is a plus.However, although you need to plug in the case (Is-C connector), to do the cleaning, a separate charger is required to charge the brush. It is not a standard fitting and it concerns me that it would be difficult to replace if lost or damaged.
