I never thought I’d be able to leave the house again without a headband or beanie covering my front hair loss, but I’m doing it today! Not until you get super super close can you see any powder. It’s easy to apply and I got some awesome results straight away. Not much of a learning curve at all. The before & after photos are from only my second try.I have Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia, which causes permanent hair loss. Mine isn’t so bad yet that I need a wig, nor would I want to deal with one. But beyond wigs and toppers there are only so many coverage options. My previous go-to wide headbands and beanies were easy, but can get hot, especially as they don’t look great when worn with my hair up. I tried hair fibers and thought they looked super obvious, and I didn’t want to bother with trying a spray nozzle, special comb, and setting spray to try to get it to look good. Root sprays seemed like a messy option, plus there are few color options.I liked the inclusion of multiple applicators (I used the smaller brush), the color options (with other brands I didn’t see a good match to my hair color), and showing a photo of the hair color not just the powder color (as they are quite different – you’d never think that powder that looks gold as the dark blond one does would match my hair color, but it does).I think the shine in the powder makes it look more realistic. Thus I think these powders have an advantage over using eyeshadow like some do at their hairline. You do however pay a premium.Only negatives are that the brushes don’t fit in the case, the powder isn’t waterproof, it can clump if you apply too much, and it makes a bit of a mess on the bathroom counter that I needed to wipe up (but that’s same as any other makeup). If I notice it doesn’t stay in place I may try some hairspray or such over it, but I think it’ll be ok as long as it doesn’t rain and I don’t get super sweaty.

Good coverage
Pros: Little needed to achieve good coverage. Good color for light to med brown hair. Very little itching as compared to previously used root concealors.Con: Only the pad-type applicator fits in the same compact/container as the root concealor product. This isn’t the applicator you’d use for root concealing. This pad would be used for covering thinning. I would prefer the root concealing applicator fit in the compact/product case.

Easy to Apply, and Mixed Well Hairline Powder Kit – Conceal Thinning Hair, Root Touch-Up and More
My 60 plus wife got some white hair and she always goes to hair salons to dye her hair, but within a couple of weeks the white hair roots show up again. Despite I assure her, her white hair looks beautiful and attractive on her, most women want to conceal their real age. She used this hairline powder kit applied to the white hair roots, came out of the bathroom within 10 minutes and I had to say either it’s her excellent skill or this hairline kit did wonders, the white hair roots were there no more. She plans to use this to extend the time she has to go and dye her hair to save some money. Of course, saving money is always good news to me. It took such a short time to apply and it mixed so well that even I looked real close I wouldn’t know she’s hiding her white hair. Four thumbs up (2 thumbs from her and 2 from me).

It covers my grey hair until Iâm ready to go back to the salon. It stays in place until you wash your hair, makes your hair line and other areas look fuller. Love this product, I will be repurchasing when it is finished. There is a lot of product, a little goes a long way. Perfect for my needs.

For years I used Color Wow and I was happy with it. Then I just couldn’t get my color anywhere (medium brown), so I took a chance on SURETHIK 4-Premium Hairline Powder Kit in medium brown and I simply could not be happier with this product. I’m never going back to Color Wow and these are the reasons why SURETHIK is a much better buy: it is an exact color match for medium brown, the color pan is TWICE the size for HALF the price, it comes with multiple applicators (my favourite is the little sponge and the square sponge – the color deposits quickly and evenly like magic using these), it also comes with 2 brush options (one just like the Wow brush, and a bonus one that you can use to apply on your brows which works awesome), it comes with a much larger mirror, it doesn’t create as much ‘dust’ so it’s a lot cleaner when using, and best of all, it does not transfer onto my bedding/pillowcases like I hoped it wouldn’t. When I apply it, it lasts for days. I simply could not be happier I found this, so take a chance and be thrilled how it can solve so many of your hair concerns. I’m not positive, but I believe it is Canadian made too.

Okay, I NEVER write reviews, but for this product I felt compelled to do that. It really works and it is so easy to use. I’ve tried multiple brands, even the most expensive ones, and I’m always disappointed with the results.I’m so glad I found this product.I guess those who complained got the wrong shade, so make sure you get the right one. This product will save me lots of money because now I can extend my touch up at the hair dresser a bit longer. Also, it will save me when I go on vacation. If I could give more than 5 starts I would.

Best things are (in addition to Canadian and price point)1) assortment of colours 2) assortment of applicators 3) usesâ¦hair and EVEN eyebrows! 4) NOT messy like sprays 5) stays put, doesnât come out in your hands like less expensive national brands doOk and I was not paid to write this..It is just that good!,
