Great electrolyte drink and it mixes just fine if you do it right…instructions below:
Excellent electrolyte drink my husband will drink every day. We’ve had the citrus and grape and like both flavors. Nice that there is no stevia! This mixes just fine if you mix it in a glass (we always mix it in room temp water and then refrigerate) before transferring to your water bottle. What you need to do is add the powder slowly while continually whisking the water with a small whisk. NEVER have any clumping using this method. I mix enough to fill a 32 oz. mason jar so it’s ready in the fridge when we need it. Just give it a gentle swirl to evenly disperse before filling your water bottle. Really love this product and hope they never change it.

Delicious and refreshing
Very refreshing post workout. Also fantastic ingredients. I drink this every morning and I feel great throughout the day. It clumps up when in water, I have to stir a lot and it dissolves just fine. I order this regularly!

Some good, some not, mixes terribly
I’ve tried grape, watermelon, red raspberry, and lemonade. Taste-wise, grape is my fave, followed by watermelon. Red Raspberry tastes like koolaid mixture, and the lemonade is okay. Clumps and mixes terribly. I’ve found using warm water (not cold) helps and sometimes I use my coffee mixer to help, but there is always wasted product stuck to the bottom of the glass. Maybe this is because of more natural ingredients, in which case I’d prefer natural to artificial “clump agents,” but it’s pretty annoying.

Watermelon is tasty!
Excellent product that helps me save money so I don’t have to buy Smart Water anymore. I met the owner at Veg Fest in Orlando in the fall of 2024 and he was cool and had samples of all the different flavors. Watermelon flavor was my favorite.
Stuff Iâve Tried –
Good ingredients, no added sugar
So far Iâve tried the citrus, raspberry & watermelon and I like them all. I feel like the flavor profile is good and you can adapt the strength by adding more or less water.Iâm a little leery of the grape – it makes me think of the âbug juiceâ (cheap institutional version of Kool-Aid) that we used to make at Girl Scout Camp. LOL If anyone can comment on the grape, Iâd love to hear what you think.I have used both the individual packets and the tubs. Iâm fine with both – no issues with caking, etc. Obviously the packets are easier for travel, purse, etc. but the tubs are more cost-effective. I just try to think about how Iâll be using it in the near-future when I determine which to buy. The scoop us small enough that I can get it into repurposed kombucha bottles without incident (I prefer to drink out of glass, even if Iâm hiking).I do think it would have been nice to have a multi-flavor pack to taste when youâre test-driving them, especially given the cost investment. However, Iâm happy with them, so not a big issue.I tried some other brands with monk fruit because my Mom HATES stevia & I was trying to encourage her to use it. While I like monk fruit (a.k.a. lo han guo for fellow Chinese herb nerds), I did NOT enjoy the taste of those other brands at all and I felt that the quality of ingredients was definitely lacking in comparison. While I can easily guzzle Superieur electrolytes down, the other brands made me a little more hesitant to drink – totally defeating the purpose.I also found when fasting this product did not seem to break my fast, but that is individualized, so youâd have to see how you respond. I did not monitor blood sugar or ketones, I can just say that I seem to do fine drinking the Superieur electrolytes as long as I stick to one or two servings in a day.Our water is horrible, so I often use the ZeroWater filter and add the electrolytes to make up for stripping everything out.Overall this is a thumbs up from me. Look for the Subscribe & Save Option if you want to save a little money & youâre not in a rush. There seem to be a lot of different listings, so dig around until you find your preferred format & flavor. Itâs worth it.In do think this saved my keister on a 95-degree wildflower walk that was supposed to be 90 min & wound up being 4 hours! I was among the least wilted, despite regretting not carrying more water.

Effective but Causes Headaches
