Seem to work great!
I’ve been using these probiotics not and have noticed a difference. I was feeling really full and bloated after meals with dairy even when taking a lactaid pill (I am lactose intolerant). I’ve also been getting really gassy after eating random meals even without lactose in them. These seem to have been helping a lot with my gut health. I’m going to continue taking these for now as my old probiotics didn’t seem to work as well. I would have given this product 5 stars but its pretty expensive so I only gave it 4.

Needs better product disclosure
Although the product description says it’s gluten-free, there’s a disclaimer that states it’s “processed in a facility with products that may contain…..wheat. Also, the amount of CFUs are very numerous and if you’re new to probiotics, you need to build up to that amount. Had to stop taking it after a week due to serious digestive issues that may have been caused by cross-contamination.
