Best Support Service Ever
I purchased this unit one month ago to retrofit an unsupported obsolete Koehler unit. My order of criteria for purchase was shower mounted attractive controller, price, auto drain and descaling port. I was able to use existing plumbing (water supply, steam connection, steam head and drain) and electrical (power and control wires) without incident. My biggest concern was replacement of âin showerâ controller which I had become used to with the previous unit. With the best support that I have ever received, I was able to retrofit the attractive controller and temperature sensor in a type 86 pvc box with gold foil tape and commercially available silicone caulk for a very professional look. The unit performs flawlessly and effectively in a 6âx3âx9â foot stone shower at a fraction of the price of the old obsoleted unit. I offered some feedback for extension of the time cycle setting and they agreed to make the software update for me and future customers and sent me a new updated controller in record time. They also provided me a spare parts listing of commercially available parts that might wear out over the life of the unitâ¦â¦this was a problem with the original obsoleted unit. 100% satisfied to date!

Unimpressed, failed after a couple months
Had the steam generator for a couple months installed and the water inlet valve/solenoid stopped working unsure if itâs the control board or the valve no way to contact the company waiting for a response from them hopefully they see this review and can offer some assistance, in which case I will adjust my rating

Great Customer Service! Amazing Product
First off, this review is long overdue. I bought the product prior to the start of the bathroom reno. In the process, we had issues with the unit as it did not produce any steam at all.Support was ON TOP OF IT! They promptly replied back my emails, I provided photo of the installation and in the end they sent me a new unit to replace the one my contractor installed for me. After swapping it out, the unit passed all the tests.My family and I have been enjoying the steam shower for a month now since our reno completed and I must say that the unit produced nice even steam and it shuts off when the desired temp is reached. I really can’t fault the unit and it works as described. But amazing amazing customer support! They even followed up with me after I received the unit (but my reno wasn’t completed yet).

Update: After posting my review the Manufacturer responded to my questions and relayed they would update their installation manual.Noted items: Controller can be installed on the interior or exterior as the temperature sensor is a stand-alone component that is installed in the interior wall.Sensor installation height: One area denotes 1.5 meters and one area 4-5 inches. A big difference. They are the same but with a typo. 1.5m = 4-5 feet (not inches).Original: No way to get in touch with this overseas manufacturer to clarify their installation instructions that are imprecise or request clarification on installation plans.Last thing you want when installing a pricey steam shower.Maybe should have gone with a manufacturer with better customer support.

Very annoyed.
At first I was excited when I bout this unit for my new bathroom. I got maybe 3 good uses out of it before the problems began. It never shuts off/ drains properly. Sounds like the darn thing is struggling to release water and can never get there. On top of that is not producing any steam. Iâm very upset.

I had an issue with the unit. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful! Helped me trouble shoot the issue and sent out a new part for replacement. Works great! And they also followed up with me to make sure it was working. Thanks!

Shower Steam Generator
This steam generator is the best that I have seen. I’ve used it for 6 months and won’t shower with out it. I had to get the controller replaced with one that shows fahrenheit. They sent the one I needed in three days at no cost. I am recommending my son replace his with the same one that I have.

Donât waste your $
We bought this and used it a handful of times. It is under a year old and there is no customer service support so we are out the $ and have to replace on our own. Very disappointing.
