the gum in both containers tasted stale. MY ABILITY TO TASTE HAS BEEN AFFECTED BY A VIRAL INFECTION.
I now realize that gum the problem I have that caused me to write this complaint was not that the taste of the gum was off but the result of a viral infection I was having at the time. This has caused my ability to taste certain things to be off. So, I am pleased to say that I am using the gum I received in my order without any complaints.This is my second order of Spry gum. The first order was acceptable. It helped me deal with the dryness caused by 35 radiation treatments to my throat.The gum in the latest two containers seems to lack the crunchy feel of the first and the taste was definitely off. I would be happy if these would be replaced with gum from a different lot.

Great for mouth health
Our son’s pediatric dentist suggested the use of xylitol gum and a baking soda toothpaste to change the pH of his mouth. Once we made these changes, he had a dramatic reduction in the amount of cavities he suffered. We all use it and enjoy it as a way to freshen up our mouths, especially when out and about where it’s not convenient to brush your teeth. The gum does not have a long-lasting flavor and the texture changes after a long time of chewing, but if used as you might use a mint, then your expectations will be set appropriately.

This is the gum I keep at work and in my car. Always.My dentist told me that the levels of xylitol in Spry are great and recommended it, so voila. Tastes good, good for my teeth. Whatâs not to be happy about?

Great taste, and lasts a long time. If you’re looking for Xylitol gum, this is the one. I’ve ordered this several times as I’m trying to eliminate more sugar from my diet, give my dental care a boost, and i’m allergic to aspartame/nutrasweet. So regular chewing gum is out for me.

I used to love Spy, it was ok lasting on flavor and didn’t taste super fake and was reasonably easy to chew.Then they started making it in china and it smelled weird, flavor was different and inconsistent and chewing seemed tougher.I heard they may be switching back and Pur, while not a china product is good, it didn’t last long and was tougher to chew.I figured I’d risk it hoping it wasn’t made in china anymore and in my case it says it was made in the Netherlands. I don’t know if this is a post Covid switch due to china supply issues, but I hope it is true and they stay in the Netherlands.Flavor is back to what I remembered it, chewing toughness is easier again and it flavor is ok (no natural gum lasts very long but it doesn’t taste weird when the mint starts to wear off)The price was more normal again tooAnyway I’m waiting for Xlear to confirm made in Netherlands but so far it seems ok and worth trying if they keep it out of china manufacturing
