A great perfume oil by Maison d’Orient.
I’ve become a big fan of this perfume brand ‘Maison D’Orient’; so I was really exited to try out this Sovereign Luxe Perfume Oil (12 mL). This comes in a beautiful glass bottle, and looks so pretty; there’s a stopper inside of the lid, and this also works well to apply the perfume oil (via the stick end). What I love about this perfume oil is that it lasts a long while, and is a great floral scent; I can definitely smell the notes of the Mandarin, Iris, and Musk. It has such a gorgeous flower smell that would be great for Spring and Summer (but all year round too). Just a few dabs on my pulse points is enough to last for several hours, so I’m really impressed with it’s longevity. Additionally, since this is a perfume oil; it can be used alone, or as a nice layering base. I love that this came with a pretty felt bag, as well as two sample perfume oils. This product met and exceeded my expectations; also would make a lovely gift idea. Since the perfume oil only takes a small amount to get a nice fragrance, it seems this bottle will last a while. I think the price point is reasonable for the amount and quality of this product. Very nice!

Nice scent but cheap bottle
I thought this would be a really nice bottle but the lid is plastic and I think the glue either got missed or didn’t stick. Because I “twisted” (I’ve never had a perfume bottle that did this) off the lid and then then I had to pull on the ‘stick’ to smell the perfume. I did like the smell, it’s light and floral. I’m not a fan of the way this dispenses. I would rather have a mist or spray type bottle.It does come with a small black velvet bag and 2 other samples.I can’t say I would order from them again.

Seems masculine to me, but well-blended
This is a well-blended, sophisticated scent. However, the citrus-woody-patchouli accords in it end up giving the whole thing a masculine cologne vibe (similar to Aventus For Her or Jo Malone Lime Basil Mandarin). I personally don’t like this vibe in a fragrance marketed as feminine, but I know a lot of women fragheads love it.Longevity is excellent. I dabbed one drop on my decolleté before bed and 18 hours later, it’s still going strong.It also comes with a classy velvet storage bag, and surprise surprise, TWO free samples! Like all fragheads, I’m a sucker for free samples!My only complaint is, for some reason, the scent name isn’t printed on the bottle, but stuck on with an ordinary laser-printed paper sticker (?) Meanwhile, even the tiny samples have their names properly printed on them. Hope the oil doesn’t dissolve the sticker adhesive and leave me with a mystery bottleâ¦

Smells luxurious
Iâll be honest, I donât have high hopes when ordering $20 perfumes from Amazon. I am happy to say that this is not dollar store junk marked up online, but in fact a luxurious and quality product with a very sophisticated scent. The little bottle is very exotic and beautiful, of course, and even arrived with two samples which I wasnât expecting at this price point. Not enough Sephora wants to give you samples these days! Itâs quite brilliant because Iâm a big fan of the Pink Musk sample included, I will definitely continue as a paying customer. The only thing I dislike is that itâs a not a spray so application isnât as convenient but itâs something Iâll just have to get used to.

High quality, beautiful fragrance
This Sovereign Luxe Perfume Oil is just lovely, very exotic and warm. The applicator wand makes it easy to apply to my pulse points and this perfume oil has great staying power, better than many. The fragrance is quietly present, not obnoxious or overwhelming. I just love it! It came with some samples of other fragrances in the line (also great) and a nice clear pouch. The bottle is a good size for travel and the pouch would be perfect to keep it in.

Strong scent.
This perfume came in a small pouch with a few samples. I can be a bit sensitive to certain scents and felt that this one was a bit too strong for me for the first 3 hours. After about 6-7 hours, it’s difficult to pick up on the scent. Scent is definitely strong on the floral aspect. It’s okay scent-wise but not my favorite

Fresh and flowery with a little spice
Sovereign Luxe Perfume Oil – 12 mL | Luxurious Floral Fragrance… This perfume oil arrived well protected, and presented with a little drawstring quasi-velvet bag, and a tiny sampler(?) as well. The fragrance is flowery with many high notes and a hint of musk and spice. Different!It seems a pretty good value at the time of this review, you get about 0.4 fl oz of this concentrated perfume oil, the little sampler and a cute little bag to keep them together for $19.86.Highly recommended.

Smells Amazing!
This highly-scented perfume oil has a powerful, exotic, and alluring fragrance profile. It has mainly oriental notes– musky, spicy, citrusy fragrance notes with some sweet florals that are more noticeable as it develops on the skin. It is a very sophisticated scent and gets me many compliments. It is gentle on the skin and has great longevity. I would consider this a unisex perfume. It also came with two sample size perfumes that I loved as well. Great product!
