Pros:-Gives you pep-Burst of energy-You feel productiveWell, I noticed after I get enough sleep this really works. Feels like a natural “adderall” pill for someone like adhd like me. I feel like being super productive and get things done. I don’t feel lazy and I feel alert and awake.Partial Cons:I got this because I’m a working mom and need to breastfeed(asked my ob said it was ok to take), saving on daycare so I am home in the day and work at night. I sleep around 4am and wake up around 8:30am with in between feedings. I’ll take a pill without a meal and get the nausea and ok it’s working effect. I def suggest taking with a meal if you don’t want that effect. Anyways, I feel like a zombie where I am awake but, still know I am tired. I don’t really feel the pep I get with enough sleep. I took a short nap after 2pm. (So lasted about 5-6 hours).Took another pill around 3:30-4:30pm. At work I’m doing my thing but, coworkers still see I look tired. I am alert enough to my work and stay focused. Not falling asleep when I pump anymore so am awake. It lasted about 10-11 hours before I got super tired, but I didn’t want to take another one because I need to sleep.So this works in terms of will keep you awake, but not the extent of if you needed like some adderall experience to feel super.Would I get this again? Probably because I need to survive.And yes my baby can still sleep.

Great as a Replacement for my PreWorkout, Energize, Lasts Longer, Works Better
When using as preworkout, for me, I think these are amazing!My preworkout was almost out and I tried to order more through the company and was disappointed to not be able to order/ship  with my subscribed monthly shipment. Had to pay more for shipping and it probably wouldn’t ship in time before I ran out. Too bad for that company because I’ve found another option that works better and a ton cheaper !It is a pill and needs a bit more time to kick in, but I take it 1st thing without food and its working for me in maybe 20 mins to half hour, I probably have a high metabolism, I’m 5’8″ and can weigh b/t 117 -135 depending on how physically active and healthy I eat.I feel it takes away some of the pain/burn of a strenuous workout and pushes me to my potential. I tested this by having coffee and doing a cardio workout strugging to push through and finish, not doing well at all performance wise. My last 2 scoops of the pre workout energize worked better than The coffee, I was still grunting and struggling though. The next day taking one of these caffeine pills and powering through my workout!! Last time I did that same workout I remember grunting and struggling and this time I was like Wow!They also last longer and I find myself getting more done. Another Reviewer mentioned helping with add / adhd which I was excited about thought, ‘these caffeine pills may just be a miracle pill and save my life!!’ … But the help it gives my attention span is noticeable, but minimal, and it gives me the push of energy I need to steer me in the right direction. I’m thinking of adding the brain support nootropic Supplement for everyday taking to further help with my add issues🤞I also love the ingredients, with the exception of the softgel capsule ingredients which has ‘natural flavor’ (which i believe is strawberry, but it only says natural flavor, so who knows), not sure what annato and sorbitol is, Ill have to research. BUT it’s free from a lot of bad stuff that most other caffeine supplements and gel caps are full of.I try not to take everyday, but I do want to workout everyday, so on yoga day I haven’t been taking. I just don’t want to build up a tolerance or become too dependent as they work great for me at the moment and I don’t ever want to have to take more than one a day. Haven’t been working out as much so Im taking them maybe 4x/wk now for almost 2 wks, which may turn to 6-7x wk , so I am a little nervous about taking everyday but if it helps 🤷🏻‍♀️ we will see and Ill adjust this review as it goes.

Works good for energy
Well I have only taken one pill so far and it did give me a lot of energy. I did not felt jittery like coffee made me feel and it lasted about 6 hours. I did eat a meal prior to taking the tablet and I got quite a bit o getf heartburn so watch out for that. Otherwise I like the product. I will only use it when absolutely needed.
