Less sleep with patches
I read the reviews and really looked forward to a good nightâs sleep however that is not what happened. I have been using them for 6 days and my sleep was worse than usual. I am very disappointed as it did not deliver what it said it would. I tried to return them but this product is not eligible for returns.

I woke up last night ans realized I forgot to try one of these new to me sleep patchesâ¦. I wasnât long and I was sleeping well and all night long! They are not to thick and dont pop off while I sleep ans best of all they are a great little formulaâ¦. I wanna make my own ð tbh bc I think the patches are or can be pricey esp I if you use 2 and I only used one last night. They are nearly instant when placed on the inside of a pulse pointâ¦. I used on left wrist this timeâ¦.i will continue to buy these ð¥°ð´ð¤âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

I started with one patch and while it was much better, I want sleeping through the night. I have been using 2 the last few nights and am getting the best sleep of my life!My husband tried it last night and slept much better as well.The best part is, I am not grumpy and donât feel hungover the next day like I do with so many other sleep aids.I am hoping to get my system out of the habit of waking up at certain hours and am excited about this product. Typically, by day 3, other sleep aids stop working and this is working better as I go.

Easy to use just stick on your wrist or arm 15 min before bed. Wake up next morning felt refreshing from the solid night sleep. This has been one if the best sleep aid that I’ve found so far!

Seems to work well
We received this product a few days ago, but have been using it for the last few nights. We had previously tried another, more expensive brand with clear patches. I like these better because you can see them easily to remind yourself about removing them. My husband has thin delicate skin, and they come off easily. They take about 15-30 minutes to work. It’s a low dose of melatonin (3mg) but it’s enough.
