It’s got electrolytes! And not much else.
Pros: About the only sports drink with almost no sweeteners.Cons: At a dollar a drink, it’s not cheap. Also, you’ll want one of the flavors with lime. There are times when you want a sports drink with very little calories. Unfortunately, most of the zero calorie options out there use some sort of low calorie sweetener instead, and I generally find those to be cloying and gross. So this had me wondering why nobody offered a sports drink that was just the electrolytes they were supposed to replace. Well, here it is. There’s a bit of dried fruit juice for flavor, but mostly it’s a mixture of salts and acids. So, how’s it taste? Surprisingly, it doesn’t taste like much of anything. It’s vaguely salty, vaguely sour, and vaguely fruity. I didn’t have high expectations, but I guess if it’s a bunch of essential nutrients, your body is going to encourage you to drink them. This mix is quite refreshing after a long run in Georgia heat. I may gripe about the price, but it’s not really worse than other sports drinks.I have now tried all three of the flavors offered. The two lime ones (lemon-lime and margarita) are significantly better than the tangerine-orange. This one needs a bit of sour, acidic flavor which the orange version doesn’t have.

Love it! But it’s not for everyone’s tastes.
Who it’s NOT for:-Anyone that prefers a lot of flavor or any flavor really.-Anyone that like drinks with sweeteners (sugar, stevia, sucralose, etc). However, if you are like me and always have water down drinks substantially and dislike sweeteners and/or don’t want drinks with sugar (as much as I love sugar drinks, it’s not something I need all day long), THIS IS FOR YOU.I have been looking for a long time for a hydration drink like this. I had been taking precision hydration’s salt (electrolyte) tablets, which are fine. But, I wanted something I can have in my water bottle. This drink is about as mild as they come. I don’t even taste the sodium. If you want a stronger flavor, you can add a double dose. As far as price, the individual packs are definitely more expensive, but they are easy to carry. (That’s pretty normal for ALL individually wrapped anythings). If you are going to load up your bottle before you leave, get the resealable bag.Yes, it’s a bit pricey. But it is the only drink I have found with zero sweeteners.I was fortunate to be able to try this 1st through the Strava challenge. If you are on strava, that’s a great way to try before you buy. After that, I tried to buy through the skratch website, but they were sold out. So. Here we are.I highly recommend, but it’s not for everyone.

Waste of money
A few things:1. The quantity of servings you get for the price is pathetic.2. I purchased, accidentally, the unsweetened formula and without the sugar included this stuff is basically a little salt and lemon flavoring.3. The sweetened stuff is pretty tasty, but again, way overpriced.4. I would never recommend purchasing this stuff at this price.

No artificial sweeteners! No sugar!
This stuff works for me. As countless others have written, itâs super hard to find an electrolyte additive with zero sugar and zero fake sweeteners. So, I like it.What I donât love is the package. Itâs be much easier to use if they packaged this in a cardboard cylinder with a top⦠the package with the zip lock is cumbersome, and when it gets to be empty, hard to store upright (to be sure it doesnât spill if the zip lock isnât perfectly closed).

Electrolytes with no sugar or artificial sweeteners!
Iâve been looking for a way to get electrolytes without sugar or sweeteners. The Skratch Sport mix tastes good but has a lot of sugar, and I try not to drink sugar all day. Most other hydration mixes have stevia or other artificial sweeteners, which I think taste gross. I like the flavor of the Skratch Everyday mix. Itâs hard to describe â the lemon-lime flavor (my favorite) is refreshing and lemony without being too sour. The tangerine-orange flavor is more mild, and my bag had some small clumps that can be stirred out. If you want Kool-aid, this is not for you, but itâs perfect if you want to avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners. Itâs expensive, but I donât know of any other products that meet those criteria.

Decent but kind of pricey
Great option when you want electrolytes but no sugar or fake sugar. I wish it was a little more reasonably priced or

Tasted great, did not stop cramping..
I have tried Skratch products on a couple of occasions and it just doesnât work for me. Tastes fine, mixes easy but just not for me. Switched to ATH and all is well. Not an advertisement for ATH but everyone is different.

Love this stuff
Itâs perfect for all day hydration. A little goes a long way, so even though the ounce/$ seems high, know you donât need a lot.

I wish they had an option without the plastic scoop! I have a lot of scoops!

This box of Scratch labs drink was only 57 grams for $42.00. The large bag of the same stuff is $42.00 for 440 grams. I realized my mistake after ordering but there are no returns on this product. I feel ripped off

I like that there’s no sugar but it’s way to expensive for the amount you get.
