Absolutely delicious
I was interested in the effect this might have, but frankly, I don’t even care anymore. This is just a straight up pleasure to drink. It dissolved very easily (I did habitually add warm water to dissolve it first and then filled up with cold) and tasted great after some adjustments. I actually needed to put this in approx 20-22oz of water since it was quite strong for my liking. But once I thinned it to that level it was amazing, a nice sweet lemony iced tea. It IS labeled as evening tea, so I’ve tried to not drink it in the morning… but man, whether it’s soothing or helps otherwise is not important to me. I might just keep buying this for the pure enjoyment and ease of use as I love teas that I can easily take to go.

Overall, these teas taste great and this is the first morning in a while I did not have issues getting out of bed. I also love that they are caffeine free! I am a huge hot tea person, so I made mine hot and they blend very easily in the hot water. It taste similar to a Russian spice tea. I would recommend. These help with bloating and everything by adding a natural laxative, so make sure you read the ingredients first before buying.My only complaint: The packaging for these bothered me a lot as they package sticks they were in were so big compared to the amount of tea in the package. Only about 1/4th of the package was used.

Didn’t Do Anything For Me
I have used these Skinny Teas Instant Tea Sticks for about five days now. I really haven’t noticed any effects. I have tried them in both hot and cold water. Both are tasty, but I prefer the hot tea.

It dissolved decently in my cold water and some heavy shaking. I love tea but somehow missed the colon cleansing component in this tea when I ordered it. If you are sensitive the natural laxative Senna this will clean you out. The tea has good taste and is caffeine free so I can drink it at night.

The flavor is so good! A hot tea before bed has been such a nice treat. The ingredients are natural and you will produce a bowel movement when you drink. I take mine around 5ish and I know that by the next morning I will âgoâ. I have been very happy with the regularity and how much less bloated I feel.
