Broken cap
I really like this product, it smells great and works very well. Here’s my issue.. because this was wrapped in plastic, I am concerned that whoever stocked this knowingly put a bottle with a broken cap in the box. When I opened the box- it had its usual plastic air pockets to prevent breakage but it was already leaking into the box- I wasn’t able to see the crack in the top because it was obscured by the plastic wrapping (see pictures) and the already leaking liquid. I sincerely hope in the future that this doesn’t happen again but wanted to bring this to your attention.

I love this body wash. It is a refreshing cleanser and moisturizer for my sensitive skin.
it is important for me to support black businesses. I purchased the product during African Heritage Month and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked on my skin. I live in the Northeast where winters can be harsh. I wanted a moisturizing product that would gently cleanse my sensitive skin that sometimes breaks out with hives or bumps. it is beautifully keeping my skin smooth. It is now mid-Spring anf the texture of my skin feels amazing. And it lasts, I will buy it again as soon as I run out. I will look to buy additonal skin care products from this company.

Formula Changed, smells weird now.
The ingredients for this product changed (I compared my old bottle with the new ones). The new formula smells weird. The smell used to be amazing and now it smells wrong.

I have been using this product for a while and it is great for my skin and I love the scent and how it lathers up. And I like the fact that it is a black woman owned company that gets its shea butter directly from Africa.
