4yr taking Serovital with no plans of ever stopping
I have been taking the original Serovital for a little over 4 years. It is an AMAZING product! For me, it took upwards of 8 months of taking it every single day before the benefits were in full effect. Initially I started with only two pills a day to gauge the possibility of side-effects. There were none. Over the course of the first few weeks I worked up to the full 4 pill dose. I think starting slowly helped.After 3 months I noticed a significant reduction in joint pain and my skin became (and stayed) so soft! (great for a woman in her late 40s). At 6 months I noticed an increase in muscle mass. Without.Any.Exercise! No joke. By month 8-9 the increased muscle mass led to the beginning of slow and steady weight loss. Without.Any.Exercise!!At the end of the first year, I had lost 9-10 lbs effortlessly. I noticed that my body had begun to reshape. I assume that is the result of the increased muscle mass. Nevertheless – my thighs started to become shapely and I’ll definitely take that!Skip ahead to year 3 and I had lost 25+ lbs. Without.Any.Exercise!!! Decades younger? Years younger? NOPE!!
I have been taking this product for three months. I take it as directed with no food besides water two hours prior and two hours after taking the supplements. I have seen no change in my skin my hair my mood my weight etc.The red and white pills can be taken in the morning with food and they are the weight loss component. I have to say that I have changed my diet and I am counting calories but I think the few pounds I’ve lost Are due to that and my daily walks and workouts and not to the supplements.Overall I have to say I am extremely extremely disappointed. The commercial says “want to look decades younger not years decades “I’m 51 well I didn’t expect to look 30 years old I did expect – and certainly for the high cost – to see results after three months which I have not.I feel foolish for purchasing because honestly the before and after photos in the commercials or in any online promotion for this product the people don’t look decades younger in fact they don’t look younger at all perhaps they seem just more energized, and even that may be due to a cup of coffee. I believe you can skip this one.

Serovital Supplement
I’ve only been taking the supplement for a few weeks and so far have not noticed any difference in my sleep, skin or appetite. The night time yellow pills give me heartburn even after drinking a full glass of water with them. I take the daytime pills with other supplements but must eat something first or will get nauseous.
