Great conditioner
I have mixed feelings about this product. While I love how it works, the price is definitely on the expensive side. That said, it delivers great results. The shampoo leaves my hair clean without stripping it, helps manage frizz, and is perfect for the second day after washing. The conditioner is lightweight and works well for my fine, straight hair without feeling heavy. Overall, itâs pricey, but it does the job beautifully.

Not hydrating
I became allergic to my favorite brand of hydrating salon conditioner in a purple bottle. So I tried this….and it was a sad disappointment! It barely detangles my hair and leaves it feeling like straw. The only good thing is my face doesn’t itch after using it. Will not repurchase!

Excellent product, moisturizing, fragrance free, however the container doesnât have a large enough opening, even with lid off it is difficult to get product out of the bottle.

Love the Seen !
I have trouble with some shampoo having lots of fillers in it and it makes my head itch and also my hair to feel greasy after a day. Seen is a great product. I do have the shampoo and the conditioner. The conditioner is light and leaves my hair silky without the wax feeling. I do not put conditioner on my scalp just partway down from my scalp. It is a great product along with the shampoo.

Only suitable for extremely oily hair
I hate this conditioner but am stuck with it until I can find a better fragrance-free (or at least limonene-free) conditioner that works for me (the shampoo on the other hand is fantastic). It is much thinner than any other conditioner Iâve ever used, fragrance-free or otherwise, and even my hair stylist commented on the consistency. I started using it a month ago due to a limonene allergy and my hair feels dry for the first time in my life. I have fine, relatively straight hair and my roots tend to get oily, so I typically only condition the bottom two-thirds of my strands. I can use this on my roots without them getting oily and I have to leave it on the rest of my hair for 3 min. for it to even leave my hair in anything but a tangled mess.I would have given it a 1-star review if I didnât see the value it might have for someone with really oily hair. If thatâs you, this could be your holy grail. I also have to hand it to the company for being transparent about what is/isnât in this conditioner; so many products labeled as fragrance-free are not in fact fragrance-free, and so-called clean beauty forgets that many ânaturalâ fragrances and essential oils are irritants for a lot of people. As much as I dislike this product, my scalp has calmed down quite a bit since I started using itâeven my seborrheic dermatitis is getting betterâand my eyelids have stopped itching for the first time in months.

There are so many nuances in how the “aroma” of a hair product is described. Fragrance-free, versus scent-free, versus natural ingredients. They can all have an “aroma” and some are very strong.I bought the SEEN conditioner because it is marketed as fragrance-free. It’s close, but not quite. I have to admit that the first time I used it I did not smell anything at all. After that I started to detect an ever-so-slight aroma of roses. After rinsing though the aroma had completely disappeared. I’ve given this product a 3 because of the misleading marketing.I would not avoid this product in future because of the teensy bit of light aroma (and the only rose smell I like is from the real flower). It is a very heavy conditioner and I’m still trying to get the balance right for how much to use so it doesn’t weigh my hair down.

I don’t normally write reviews but I thought that this product deserves some constructive feedback.I love all the products that I got from this company. My hair feels healthy and rejuvenated. However, I must say that the conditioner bottle is very unconvince to use, you have to constantly shake the cream down to get it to the opening of the bottle. I think the bottle design for that conditioner should be a pump bottle or a tube-like container.

I really wanted to love this and I really wanted it to work for me. It did not help my acne, it actually made it worse also my hair was shedding SO much that I ended up loosing quite a bit of hair.

I loved the first bottle of conditioner I purchased and although I was not finished the bottle, I decided to stock up during the Black Friday sale. I received two bottles that looked different from my first purchase which is no big deal. However, the ingredients listed on these bottles are different. These two bottles contain Isopropyl Alcohol. Isopropyl alcohol is not Eczema safe. Iâve attached a photo comparing the ingredients. The used bottle is my first purchase. The two bottles of shampoo and body wash purchased also have different ingredients from the Seen website. Super disappointed as I do love the previous legit bottles with ingredients that match the Seen website. Seen website does not ship to Canada. I might try to purchase again when I am finished my first purchases and hope the ingredients will be the same. All the Seen products I bought from the Black Friday sale will be returned.
