I actually liked these better than the first bottle I purchased, which was more expensive and had less ingredients. I have more energy throughout the day and less aches and pains. I compared a lot of brands and this one seems to have the benefit of burdock root and bladderwrack . I was surprised that they put a little bit of dandelion root in there and a spritz of vitamin c. Compare this product and you will find the 6,000 mg of sea moss equivalent is quite a bit. Be reminded that it is an extract they concentrate so 600 mg is equal to 6000 mg of dry see moss. I think for the price it is definitely a value a great deal thanks for this one Amazon!
