The little kick from the grapefruit is just the right amount of zing to wake me up in the morning, but itâs not so intense that I feel like Iâm drinking a citrus karate chop. Itâs super refreshing, and the low sugar is a big winâbecause who needs a sugar crash before lunch?I havenât done it yet, but turning this into a slushie is definitely on my bucket list. I mean, itâs practically begging to be blended with some ice and maybe a fancy straw.This brand has yet to let me down, and weâre always stocked like itâs the apocalypse of boring beverages. Updated: this flavor was not for me but the customer service is worth 5 stars. They recommended other flavors and will give them another try!Way too sweet for me, and doesnât taste like tamarind to me. Disappointed.

Very Tasty
Tried the Jamaica/Hibiscus today for the first time because of low potassium and I really like the favor. I mix it with 16oz of water so the taste wasnât sweet to me at all but it was favorable. I do wish that it was a little less expensive per packet.

Mother’s dying words were “Horchata” for this drink mix
In a world of electrolyte drinks, Salud’s flavors (especially the Horchata) are a very welcome respite from the overly fruity flavors that are used most other times. My Mom passed from pancreatic cancer recently and one of the issues we dealt with desperately getting her to drink more electrolytes. She really disliked the artificial fruit flavors and would stubbornly refuse to drink anything. However, the Horchata flavor she drank easily and happily and helped give her comfort before she passed and in fact were the very last words she said clearly and outloud. The coloring is a little odd (almost greyish/biegeish water) so recommend drinking in a non-see through drink container, but the taste is fantastic.
