    Switched from Jason Shampoo
I used to use Jason Shampoo which contains the same active ingredients (salicylic acid + sulphur) but the odor was so intense that while it was very effective in controlling my dandruff and the associated scalp odor, I had to stop because I am very self-conscious about body odor. This product leaves no scent in my hair/scalp after my shower and it is so effective that normally I would need to wash my scalp 2x daily because the odor and dandruff would be overwhelming. Now I only need to wash my hair 1-2x/week and my hair still smells fresh and isn’t oily. I have been given a new lease on life with this shampoo! The only con I can think of is that my scalp can still get itchy at times, but the benefits far outweigh the cons for me.I first wash my scalp with a sulfate-free shampoo and part my hair so I only apply this shampoo to my scalp and leave it on for at least 15 minutes before I rinse. I use a conditioner on the rest of my hair (+ olaplex once a week since my hair is bleached) and I’ve never been happier. I feel normal for once for not having to wash my hair so much!

I LOVE SEBEX. I have eczema
I LOVE SEBEX. I have eczema with very, very sensitive skin and scalp. I had used Sebulex shampoo for many years, then it was discontinued locally. I searched everywhere and found out that it was discontinued from the stores everywhere. I suffered, and was forced to use other products, and nothing worked. I searched the internet, and then Amazon.com. I found Sebex Shampoo (Generic for Sebulex) I ordered and used the product. SEBEX IS BLESSING FROM GOD! It does not lather up the same as sebulex on the first wash, however, when I rinsed it out and lathered up again, it lathered up well. It leaves my hair squeaky clean, and it smells good and most of all, my scalp no longer Itch. I use it two times each week. This product (Sebex) really works. This is the closest shampoo you will find to replace Sebulex. I am a satisfied customer. TRY SEBEX SHAMPOO, YOU WILL AGREE THAT THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT! I JUST RE-ORDERED ( 6 BOTTLES )

Works!! smells a little weird but conditioner masks it
I’ve tried everything—nizoral, tea tree oil, head and shoulders, T/sal, etc. None of them have worked as well as this stuff has. It does smell a little strange but if you just use normal conditioner afterwards you can’t smell it anymore.

I can hardly tolerate the oder left from shampooing so plan to try something else.
Using Sebex for miserable seborrheic dermatitis, possible scalp psoriasis. This was one of a list of shampoos recommended on health care site. Available for low cost in small bottle so giving it a try. I have to shampoo daily due to itching, sores on scalp. Only used twice and will stick with it to see if get any relief. It suds up nicely and I let it sit the recommended 5 minutes. It is giving relief the day I use it, but I am still feeling itchy scales by evening. I will use the whole bottle until gone BUT I find the ODER of shampoo VERY off-putting. I can smell it all day, then it lingers on my pillow case, too. Ugh. I will look at active ingredient and hope to find an alternative once the 4 oz Sebex bottle empty. Won’t buy again.

    This Works
Sebex works as promised. Itchiness and flakiness are gone almost instantly. Finally a product that works. What a relief!Sebex does not smell medicinal. It has a pleasant, unobtrusive scent. It doesn’t create a rich, bubbly lather lather but who cares when it works so well to get rid of itchy flakiness. that may have plagued your for years.? Before you continue to purchase, and are disappointed by another dandruff shampoo I highly recommend you try this. This might be the answer you’ve been looking for.It was for me.Plus: For some reason the shipping is free. What a deal.

    It leaked
I’ll only get to use one half of it. The rest was all over the deodorant I’d ordered with it! What a mess won’t order again!

Works great! Leaves hair nice. Reasonably priced
I bought two bottles. One for a friend who has a scalp condition and the other one for me to try instead of regular dandruff shampoo. This is great stuff! Does a better job than any of the dandruff shampoos, While leaving your hair nice smelling and soft
