It is Shampoo and It Smells good
Been using it for over a month and a half now. Is my hair clean? Yes. Does it have a pleasant odor? to me, yes. Does it actually make my hair look thicker and fuller? Nothing noticeable, but at the same time my hair actually feels better and my scalp feels cleaner. Pretty much the same ingredients and results as Hims shampoo but for a lesser amount, so that is a win.

Works, but smells awful
I bought the small sized bottle in Sandalwood scent. I’ve used 3-5 days/week for the past 3 weeks and am noticing less breakage and a thicker feeling to my hair. However the smell is awful. It does not smell at all like sandalwood to me, but rather very chemically and medicinal. It lingers in my hair even after rinsing thoroughly and using a strong-scented conditioner to try to mask the smell. I work in a confined space and I notice the smell for several hours after I use it. Unfortunately I don’t like peppermint either, so I guess it’s capsules for me next time!

First result is my hair comes out looking ‘fuller’
I really see a big difference in washing my hair with this shampoo. I have only used it twice but I noticed both times my hair upon drying, comes out a little ‘fuller’ looking. It’s obviously too soon to detect new air growth. I was using “pura d’or” shampoo and conditioner, and while it made my hair shine, my hair also got oiler faster than with this shampoo and it did not add any ‘fullness’. So, for now, this is my new go-to shampoo. My hair is thin so I am not using a conditioner. I am also drying my hair on the less hot option and not pulling on it when shaping it with a big round brush – both those things, I think, are helping my scalp’s condition. Of course, I am hoping it does help my scalp promote new growth. If it does, I will come back in a few months and say so. I will also likely purchase a red light therapy cap from LifePro when they are back in stock. (I already have their red light therapy belt and love it for use with arthritic joints and back.)
